Alice's Pov

"Alice! Alice!" A voice called me as I woke up.

Nakita ko ang magandang lola ko, who just stole my blanket away from me.

"Gumising ka na, Alice! Mala-late ka na sa unang pasok mo!" Sabi niya.

I yawned and sat up.

"Good morning, Lola."

She sighed and kissed my forehead and smiled warmly at me.

"Good morning din, Apo. Sige maligo ka muna, handa na ang almusal mo sa baba. Bilisan mo ha?" Sabi niya at tsaka lumabas sa kwarto ko.

"Opo, Lola." I said as I got ready and took a shower.

I was happy since the new school I'm going doesn't have uniform, so students can dress however they want.

I picked a simple black sweater and a purple skirt with a brown belt. A put on my black boots, I love boots, and brushed my red long hair, since Lola<3 will style is later.

I didn't need makeup since I looked okay, and went downstairs to eat breakfast.

"Lola, will you pick me up after school?" I asked as I ate the yummy tocino.

Umiling siya.

"Hindi, Apo. Magdo-dorm ka." Sabi niya.

I almost choked my tocino and coughed, I immediately drank my water.

"Lola! Bakit mo naman ako pinapadorm? Okay naman ako dito ah, tsaka pwede naman ako mag lakad papuntang school at dito sa bahay. At may pambayad ka pala para magdorm? Eh di sana ginamit mo na yan pambili ng pamalengke." Sabi ako as I frowned.

Umiling nanaman siya, nakangiti pa.

"Wag mo nang intindihin ang bayad, Apo. Doon din nag-aral ang ina at ama mo, Apo." Sabi niya.

My eyes widen.

"Really?!"

Lola talks about them from time to time and she tells me stories about them. She told that I look exactly like my mom and that I have my dad's polite attitude and gesture sometimes. And I also got my scary face from my mom, atleast that was what my Lola told me.

"Wait a minute, Lola, what was the name of the school? You never told me." I said as I finished eating.

She smiled and said, "It's called, Emerald Academy."
