Chapter 9: The Man Who Woke The Erotic Woman

Holden Bennet stands at the window of his and Blair's second-floor hotel room. He looks outside at the rain, thinking of Elise. The woman most passed by not giving a second thought, but Holden decided to get to know. The woman that has surprised him almost as much as he's surprised her. The woman he has found himself thinking about every day since he met. Holden knows the way he feels for Elise is not what he expected, or even wants to admit. Most would say they are wrong, and that he is a jerk for convincing a married woman with children to have an affair with him. But it doesn't feel wrong to Holden. For some reason, it just feels so right, and he doesn't want to let it go. Holden knows deep down he wants to take his romance with Elise Campbell much further. How far, he does not know. However, he plans to enjoy every second of it. He looks at his phone and messages Elise saying "I can't wait to see you." in which she replies "Me neither. I hate the weather though". Holden responds "You won't hate it after the fun we have in it" along with a winking emoji.

Blair: So.

Holden turns to Blair, who sits on a chair facing him.

Blair: I'm ready. Tell me about Elise Campbell.

Holden smiles as he takes a chair and sits in front of Blair.

Holden: I came here with you to do a job. I thought we'd have some fun along the way and then be off to somewhere else. We got here and on our first night I went to get condoms, and that's when I saw her. Immediately something about this woman grabbed my attention. I saw this woman I was attracted to, but when I looked into her eyes, I saw a woman who hated her life. I saw a woman that was trapped. Someone that longed for escape. For something different. I liked it. I found it interesting and we hit it off from the start.

Blair pays very close attention to every word Holden says.

Holden: We started talking on Facebook, getting to know each other. At first I thought "Oh, this will be fun getting with her". But the more we talked and got to know each other, I really started liking her. I saw that this wasn't some boring woman who never lived. This was a woman who lived a happy, exciting life, but settled down when she got married and had kids. This was someone I could have seen myself with if we had grown up around each other at the same time. The more we talked the happier I found myself. Things got sexual a lot quicker than I thought they would, and I loved it.

Blair smiles.

Holden: I know I like it with most, but with Elise, it's even more fun. Not just dangerous, but romantic. Of course, the naughty fun we have is great and the sex we had was incredible. . . but it was more than that. When me and Elise laid in bed together and talked, it was so great. We just opened our hearts to one another. She told me she loved me.

He holds Blair's hand.

Holden: You know I love you. We've had quite a few women join us, but I really want Elise to join us as well. She's not like the other women. She makes me think about the life I thought I could never have. I grew up always thinking the regular relationship was never for me. That a normal woman would never want to be in an actual relationship with me.

Holden kisses Blair's hand.

Holden: You and I go so well together. We click. We have all of these wild adventures and live a life many envy.

Blair: And now what? You want to leave it to live a life here with Elise?

Holden: No. I want Elise to join us. I want you two to get to know each other better. I think you'll really hit it off. She's way more wild than she seems. To everyone else, they see this quiet, nice woman who follows all the rules. But I see more. I really see her. I see that she is very sexual, and fun, and interesting, and has a lot of love in her heart. I love that I'm the one who sees that in her. Not even her husband sees it the way I do. I am awakening the erotic woman that's been inside of her for so many years, that she never fully got to know.

Blair: I can tell you really like her. I look forward to getting to know her a lot more.

Holden: Thanks. When I sit and think about her, I find myself trying to hold back. Trying to hold back the way I really feel about her.

He looks right into Blair's eyes.

Holden: I tell myself it's just fun and she's turned into a real friend, but I know it's more. I know deep down, I love her.
