It had been a few sunrises, and there was no luck with finding Bushwing's body. It had been swept by the river and pulled so far down the river that no Clan could touch it is what Softpaw guessed.

She sat in the camp clearing as her brother offered her a mouse to eat, which she denied and pushed towards him with her paws. She looked to her paws still feeling the echo of pain, but it had eased a bit, not enough to put her in a decent mood though.

She raised her head up to see Firepaw give Ravensight some coltsfoot and chamomile for her heavy breathing she has been having since the lost of Spotfur. Softpaw remembered asking why Firepaw also gave her chamomile and he had replied for a broken heart.

She sighed and closed her eyes as she felt her brother come and sit next to her closer, for her comfort and his own.

There were cats that were still hopeful that Bushwing was alive, while Softpaw sat alone knowing the truth. She wouldn't tell her Clanmates she saw their two dead Clanmates walk off together and disappeared to which she guessed is how Starclan Warriors traveled.

Not many cats knew of her powers, Flamestar, Oakwish, Bluefeather, Mossfur, Firepaw and Silverpaw were the only cats that she believed knew about it. Having a secret this big made her feel separated from her Clanmates, from them being normal, to her being strange.

Silverpaw would get a new mentor after Flamestar put more thought into it, and mourned for her two clanmates, while Silverpaw was temporarily being trained by any warrior who could help him train. Which was mostly Bluefeather.

"Hey Sofrpaw." Silverpaw meowed muffled by something in his mouse, as he padded towards her. Softpaw opened her eyes and turned her head to look behind her to see Silverpaw coming into the camp with a squirrel in his jaws.

"Did you catch that?" She asked a bit of joy coming into her voice.

Silverpaw's eyes lit up hearing the sound of joy in her tone as he nodded dropping it at her paws. "Do you think Willowheart and Ravensight will be happy about it?"

"Well yeah." Oakpaw meowed and purred. "Way to go Silverpaw, told you had it in you."

Softpaw let out a small purr as Silverpaw told the story of how Emberwing almost let it get away when he caught it. Emberwing, of course denied it and said he just caught it because she was helping him get close.

For the next little bit Softpaw watched Oakpaw and Silverpaw playfully tease the young warrior. She had done her training for today, which was really boring.

Collecting moss and feathers for the elders nest, using mouse bail for the elders ticks, and even for some of the older warriors. Which normally is a punishment, but somecat had to do it, and that normally falls on the smallest apprentice in the Clan. Which is Softpaw.

"Softpaw." BlueFeather meowed behind the young apprentice.

Softpaw turned around to see her mentor looking very worried, "is something wrong Bluefeather?" She asked concerned.

"Come with me for a few moments please." Bluefeather said coldly and flicked her tail for her apprentice to follow her out of camp.

Softpaw was confused by her coldness, and hesitated for a minute before following her mentor out of camp, and into the forest. They walked, for awhile until Bluefeather stopped and listen to make sure no cat was listening.

"Okay Flamestar and Mossfur, we're alone." Bluefeather called out to the two she-cats.

Flamestar came out from behind a bush dragging a log with her teeth. While Mossfur climbed down a tree with vines she had been pulling.
