Muffin went back inside.
"You can come out again," Muffin called out. A little bat peaked out from behind a wall, the hole covered up with a half slab. He snuck out and with a little pop, Nadwe turned back to normal.
"That was close," Nadwe said. Muffin nodded.
"Yeah, uhh, do you wanna do something now?" Muffin asked his fellow fourteen-year-old gang member.
"Of COURSE I do! Wanna go steal from people?" Nadwe grinned, jumping up in the air. Muffin shrugged.
"I guess that'll be fine," Muffin said. Nadwe's eyes lit up.
"Yeah! Let's go steal from Blaza!" Nadwe said, grabbing Muffin's arm and dragging him along.
"Oh, I forgot Blaza was staying at the church," Nadwe stated, wiping the blood off of his face. He saw a sheep on the way here and he just couldn't help himself. It was midnight and Nadwe was using this opportunity to stand run around he wanted without worrying about staying in the shade.
"What happened here!?" Muffin asked.
"The church kinda slightly blew up in the middle of the funeral," Nadwe said. Muffin looked away.
"Hey look, there's some poorly made, pff, dirt houses over there!" Muffin pointed into the forest. Nadwe giggled.
"They don't even have doors. This will be easy!" Nadwe said. Nadwe turned back into a bat to fly over there faster. He snuck inside before turning back and running out.
"The coast is clear, Muffin!" Nadwe whisper-shouted. Muffin ran into the little house.
It was clear that it was Blaza's hut because of the Umaru-Chan poster put up against the wall, which was a great use of the space, Nadwe thought sarcastically. Blaza was always yelling about Nadwe's Monika posters and now he had his own anime posters.
"The chests are over here, let's take a look!" Nadwe said. Muffin and Nadwe grabbed the chest and spilled it on the ground.
"Hmm... There's a lot of guns in here," Muffin pointed out.
"Oh look! A cape!" Nadwe said. He pulled out a bright pink cape and wrapped it around his neck.
"Do you like it-"
"I don't think it... Fits you," Muffin gave Nadwe a little glance, then looking back at all of the items on the ground. Nadwe sighed.
"Aww, fine. Maybe there's something better anyways..." Nadwe grumbled. Muffin grabbed some guns.
"These look cool I guess," Muffin said. Nadwe grabbed one from his arms
"Woah swag! We both can keep one!" Nadwe said, "Oh! Guess what else I have!?" Nadwe pulled out a long, black sword with a red center, "It's a vampire sword! I call it the MonikaHaterSlayer!" Muffin snickered a bit, but it felt forced. Muffin tried putting the gun back down.
"We shouldn't steal or Blaza will notice," Muffin said.
"Well let's just put everything else back then, can't have him do that! Maybe if everything looks right he wont be able to notice!" Nadwe nodded. He tried to organize the chest while putting back everything except the two guns, including the cape sadly. Except for the fact, Nadwe was a child and children have no clue how to organize.
"See? No one will notice!" Nadwe said looking at the messy chest.
"At least they might not blame us... I don't want Laff finding out," Muffin shrugged. Nadwe patted Muffin on the back.
