Evangeline leans close and speaks quietly "Lady Suna is actually Sir Takao, i followed her to the washroom and heard her talking to herself. It was Sir Takao's voice I heard and I haven't seen Sir Takao since i've been here, he's always by Prince Onyx's side"

The priest huffs and nods "Are you positive?"

"Yes im positive"

Father Zander (The priest) cleared his throat and looked at the two "Lady Suna I have received word that you are not what you tell us. Who are you really?"

Tatsuno flinches and looks at the priest. He tilts his head and pretends to be confused. He pulls out the paper and pen and writes a full name out. 'Suna Elizabell Quinn' He walks over and hands Zander the paper

Zander takes it and looks at it "And where did you say you were from?"

Tatsuno writes again 'East of here, in a place called Lakewood. It's not very known though'

Zander hums and waves her over "Let's have a walk shall we?" Onyx looks at Tatsuno and smiles, nodding. Tatsuno smiles and nods, he then follows Zander. Evangeline smirks and leaves. Onyx watches as the two disappear before heading to his room.

Zander hums and walks out of the room, and waves to the surrounding guards. "Arrest him!"

Tatsuno quickly grabs the knife from his boot, prepared to defend himself "I'll make you lose your position" He  growls at Zander then attacks the closest guard, he didn't kill anyone, just hurt the guards" A guard comes up behind Tatsuno and holds his arms behind your back, making him drop the knife.

"Maybe you shouldnt interfere with the Prince's life. Take him to the dungeon" The guards nodded and walked off with Tatsuno. They threw him in a cell and locked it up

Tatsuno grunts and struggles hard. The ring on the chain came out of his shirt "You wouldnt understand!" He screamed at Zander.

Zander raised an eyebrow at the ring "What is this you have?" he reached in and ripped the chain off of Tatsuno's neck.

Tatsuno quickly reaches for it "Give that back!" He growls

Zander chuckles and holds it away from Tatsuno "Nuh uh~ Not until you tell me what this is."

"I-Its my wedding ring.."

Zander raised an eyebrow "I didn't know you were married. Who's the lucky lady?" Tatsuno stays quiet and avoids eye contact. Zander nodded to a guard and the guard grabbed a whip while another chained Tatsuno to the wall. They stripped Tatsuno of the dress and hair extensions "Lets try this again. Who are you married to?"

"I won't tell you" Tatsuno growled

"Wrong answer" The guard whipped him hard once. "Tell me, who is your spouse?"

Tatsuno grits his teeth and endures the pain "I won't tell you" he repeats

The guard continues to whip Tatsuno "Lets move to another question. Why did you enter the contest"

"Because i would do anything for my lord, it's my duty"

"I don't think that's the only reason. Why go through this to this extent?" Tatsuno stays quiet again. The guard whipped Tatsuno three times in a row "answer me boy!"

Tatsuno winces slightly "No!"

"What if i bring the prince in here to the torture?

"Don't you dare!" Tatsuno screams at Zander

"Then talk!"

Tatsuno chokes up slightly "Fine!"

"What's the real reason you agreed to enter the contest?"

"Cause I didn't want Onyx to be forced to marry someone he didnt love!" Tatsuno tears up a bit

"Then who does he love? You should know since your his advisor"

"H-He loves me.." Tatsuno murmurs

"So answer this. Who are you married to?"

"O-Onyx.."

"Speak up! I don't think everyone heard you."

"O-Onyx..! I'm married to Onyx!" Tatsuno let out a sob

Zander sneered and turned to everyone around "You see this man is a threat to our kingdom! He had deceived our prince so he can be king and take over this kingdom! He shall be charged with treason!"

"I don't want the throne!' Tatsuno snaps "I would rather just be a prince consort.."

"Lies! Why else would you trick him into the ways of the homosexual!"

"I didn't trick him into doing anything. I only recently fell for him while he fell for me three years ago"

"Don't listen to him! This is the work of the devil! This man is a sinner and has disobeyed the king! How do you plead Tatsuno Takao?!"

"Non-guilty. I want a fair trial with the king and prince present"

"What would you do for that trial?"

"I'll resign as the Prince's advisor.."

Zander hummed "Put him in the cell. Your trial will be at dawn."

Tatsuno let out a shaky breath "Give me my ring back now"

Zander hummed and held it up "Maybe i'll give it back, maybe i won't"

"It belongs to me! Please, I beg you!" Tatsuno tears up

"I have other plans with it" Zander then leaves with a chuckle.

"No!" Tatsuno screams at Zander
