chapter 8

I landed in in NC and walked to grab my luggage, and went to catch a cab.

I decided to just get a hotel and then drive to Miami in a few days to be by myself. I decided to call it a night, even though it was only 7. I quick sent my mom a message saying I'd be home tomorow afternoon and tell her why I'd come home early.

I woke up and looked at my phone on the charger next to me. It read 1:39. I rolled out of bed and hopped in the shower. While I was letting the water relax my body, I started thinking about Cameron. Why did he say those things? Did he really mean that? He shouldnt of asked me? I shook my head and hopped out. I put my hair in a bun and called it good, I put on a pair of sweat pants and a hoodie. I soon realized whos hoodie it was. Camerons. I took it off and threw it in my suitcase and then grabbed a loose tank top and my Vans. I called another cab and went home.

When I got home, Sky came running twoards me.

"ASHHHHHHLEYYYYY!" She squealed.

I picked her up and spun her around, kissing her cheek multiple times. I set her down and promised I'd take her to the mall to get new horses later. I walked in the kitchen and saw my Mom..and Hayes..and Nash.

"Nash? Hayes?" I asked, furious.

"We came home becuase I was sorry about what I said, and I want you to come back..." NAsh pleaded.

"No, I dont want to, I'm gonna head to florida for the week, I'm gonna meet a few friends down there, dont talk to me, youre the last person I want to talk to." I spat walking Away from him.

I rolled my eyes and headed upstairs. I grabbed my new suit case and threw whatever I could find into it. Vans, Sandals, dresses, shorts, you name it I put it in there. I came across Camerons hoodie again. And threw it in the bathroom trash. I zipped it up and luggedit down the stairs.

"Mom?" i asked, "I'm gonna take Sky to the Mall for a hour or so and then take her out to lunch, care to join us?" I asked.

"Sure! Thank you for asking." She smiled.

She walked to the bathroom and touched up her hair while I helped Sky with her sandals. She came out and we were off.

After about a hour of being at the mall we headed off to Perkins for a late lunch.

While sky was busy munching away and playing with the new horses she got, I took this time to talk with my mom.

"How long did you know about me and Cameron?" I asked.

"About a week or so." She said.

"Are you mad?" I asked.

"Mad? No! I could never be mad, But I am a little on edge about it because youre only 16 and hes almost 19..." She said.

(Ok, Lets pretend Cameron is only 18 IK hes like 20 but ya..)

"I know, but I know my limits, you know that.." i said.

"I know and I trust you to make the right desicions." She smiled, putting her hand on mine.

"So, did you hear the whole thing about Florida?" I asked.

"Yeah, who are you gonna be down there with?" She asked.

"I was gonna go stay with Will for a while, or get a hotel or something..but theres also something else.." I said.

"And whats that?" She asked.

"I got accepted into a school.." I smiled.

"Thats great! Which one?" She asked.

"UCLA..and Florida state." I said.

Her smile soon turned into a frown.

"Oh, what one are you choosing?" she asked.

"I want to go to UCLA to be with Cameron, but after what he said, I dont know, and I want to be around you guys, but I also want to live a little, ya know?" I said.

She nodded. "I fully support any desicion you make. But to let you know, if you choose Florida, you'll be with Will and he'll be on you like a hawk, same with Nash but he's closerin age with you" She laughed, "But he'll be more easy with it, ya know?" She said.

I nodded.

"Your bill." The waitor said, handing it to us.

"I got it." I smiled, taking it from my mom.

she smiled. "My little girls growing up!" She smiled.

"Hey! What about me?!" Sky sassed.

"I got you for a few more years chick." My mom smiled.

Kinda a filler, idk.

What do you think Ash will do? Will she give up Cameron and go to Florida, but have to deal with "Big Brother Will" or go to UCLA and be with Nash, even if its basically the same..
