"Massi!" I giggle as he leads me.

He has me blindfolded and is directing me by my shoulders.

The car ride didn't feel like it was too long, so I know we are not too far from his house.

"Okay, I'm picking you up now." He tells me, opening a door before he walks me a bit further and closes the door behind us, putting one hand under my legs and the other on my back as he picks me up.

I feel us go up a flight of stairs before we are back on flat ground.

"Okay, I'm setting you down." He tells me before carefully returning me to the ground.

I hear one more door open before I am led a bit further forward before being stopped.

"Are we here?" I ask him.

"Yes." He confirms to me.

"Can I take this off?" I ask, referring to the blindfold I have been wearing for way too long.

"I will." He tells me, going behind me and untying it.

When I finally can see again, I look around to see what the huge surprise is.

It just looks like a home.

There is a couch, a dining table, a kitchen, and a few doors.

"Where are we? What is this?" I ask, wondering where he has taken me and why we are here.

"It's ours." He tells me, as if I should know that.

"No. What did you do? I told you I would find a place by myself!" I remind him.

"Chloe, I have been working on this for a long time. And it makes sense for me to live with you, it's not like that means an extra bedroom or more space." He points out.

"I know, but, I don't want you leaving home if you don't need to." I explain.

"Chloe, I want to, you aren't living alone. You know I wasn't going to let you. And besides, it's too late, I've already done all the paperwork and have moved a lot in." He tells me.

"I know that I wasn't going to win this. But thank you." I say, giving him a hug.

"And downstairs is some business, so people will only be there during the day. So we won't have to worry about other people and there aren't any other places around either, so we will be alone most of the time." He tells me.

"That's good." I tell him. I really hate the idea of neighbors and other people being around.

"I love you." He tells me.

"I know that, I love you too." I laugh before giving him a quick kiss. "Now show me the rest." I request, wondering what the bedroom and bathroom and everything looks like.

"Okay." He laughs, leading me to a door and then opening it.

The bedroom is about the same size as mine back at home, and the bed is a queen, I think, it's a bit bigger than the full we are used to sharing. There is another door, I am assuming it is a closet, the room is rather simple, there are a few things Massi has brought that need to be unpacked. Overall, the room is a good size, and it is really pretty.

We then move to the bathroom, there are two sinks and a large shower, everything is just so modern and pretty.

"It's so pretty!" I exclaim. Massi is well aware of my taste in things, so everything is exactly how I would want it to be.

"I knew you would like it." He tells me.

"And now we get to go through the fun process of moving." I bring up.

Luckily almost everything I own is already in my car, I only took a few things into his house, so moving me in shouldn't be too hard.

"And that's why we are here so early." He explains to me.

Today is going to be so fun.

He already has some things here, and I was blindfolded, but I am assuming he has some things in his car already.

The two of us head down the stairs and outside.

On the side of the building is a driveway and a huge open field. Behind it is also empty. Beneath our apartment is a yoga studio with a parking lot out front, other than that, there isn't really anything around.

It's perfect.

Massi opens his car and we start to unload it, once everything is out of the car, we make way too many trips up the stairs, and we will only make more later when we get more of our belongings.

"Should we go get the rest?" He asks me as we bring the last of what he brought into the building.

"In a bit, I need a break." I tell him. It wasn't that much work, but I know that today is going to be exhausting.

I sit on the couch and Massi follows.

I lean over and lay on him, ready for all this work to be over, even though it was barely started and it isn't even time for lunch yet.

After wasting time cuddling on the couch, we decide to finally head back to his house.

Because this was a surprise for me, he didn't really start packing too much, so I didn't notice anything was off.

"Are we staying there tonight?" I ask, wondering if I need to pack everything, or if I should leave some items behind.

"Whatever, do you think we can get everything ready to sleep there by tonight?" He asks me.

"I think so, as long as we get the bed made we should be fine." I say. That's about all we need to spend the night. As long as we have running water and a place to sleep, it's all good.

"Okay, then I guess." He tells me.

The drive to his house isn't too long, we are still in the same area, just a different part of it.

It is a Sunday, so all his family is home today from work, so the house is a little full.

We were just there not that long ago, so we just say a quick greeting to everyone before heading upstairs to begin packing.

Massi knew this was happening, so he is fairly prepared, and I don't live here, so everything except a few outfits and my bathroom stuff is still in my car, so packing should be really easy for me

I throw all my clothes into the bag I brought them into the house in.

Once I shove all my bathroom things into a bag I'm ready to go.

Obviously, packing isn't as easy for Massi, he has an entire room to pack.

I help him pack some clothes, leaving behind things I never see him wear.

"There is so much stuff to move." He complains.

"Listen, if I can fit everything I own into my car, I think you can move all your things in two trips." I point out.

There is no way he has more than me.

"You are right." He tells me.

"I know."
