We make way too many trips down the stairs to the cars.

I only put a few things in my car, so my part is easy, but I decide to be a nice girlfriend and help Massi pack all of his things too.

"My son is moving out!" Massi's mother cries, hugging him tightly.

"Mom, it's not a big deal." He tells her.

"Yes it is! I'm going to miss you!" She tells him.

"I'm going to be like 5 minutes away." He tells her.

She just pulls him into a tight hug anyway.

Once she pulls away from him, she grabs me and hugs me tightly.

"See you tomorrow, Chloe!" Malia yells as we leave.

"Okay, see you!" I yell back.

Massi is working tomorrow, and Malia asked me to go shopping with her, so I said yes, I really like her so far and I am excited to get to know her more.

Once we get outside Massi and I part ways and go to our own cars.

I let him leave first so I can follow him, as I don't know exactly where I am going.

The drive is rather short, we aren't too far from his house.

When we get to the apartment I let out a huge sigh as I look at it.

We have to carry everything up all of those stairs.

Getting everything out of my room on the top floor was hard, now I have to carry it up a flight of stairs.

I just start by grabbing as much as I can physically carry and take it up, dumping it right inside the apartment, just in the living room.

We both repeat this for what feels like hours.

Carrying stuff is hard work.

And I had to work last night, so I'm sore from that already, I get kicked at least twice a practice.

Once everything is inside the apartment, we take a much needed break.

"I'm so tired." I whine as we sit on the couch, dramatically falling onto Massi.

"So am I." He agrees.

After wasting some time, I decide to get back to work, I hate seeing the mess we have made.

We start by taking everything into the appropriate rooms. All of the clothes and such go into the bedroom, kitchen and bathroom items where they belong, and then they can be organized from there.

"Did you want to go shopping today, or wait?" I ask, there is so much we need, the kitchen is empty, but it does have all the appliances we need, so is most of the bathroom, and all that we have in the living room and bedroom is basic furniture.

"We should probably go today." He tells me.

We are both exhausted, but we still need bedding to sleep on tonight.

We decide to take my car and we head to the nearest Target.

We start in the kitchen section, getting things like cutlery, dishes, and cups, and basic utensils and pans and other things we need to cook.

"You should probably get out now." Massi tells me as the cart fills up.

"But I like sitting in here." I say. "Fine." I say, climbing out of the shopping cart.

We then grab things like dish soap, hand soap, and other cleaning things.

We get towels, rugs, and a shower curtain and liner for the bathroom as well.
