Test Failure

You started off down the street to the Armed Detective Agency. You started to visit quite a bit, mostly to muck around there or when you are bored. It was now another place you enjoyed going to, even if the people were a bit 'different' in your mind. Okay they were ALOT different than you expected but it didn't bother you. Over the past few days you learnt that most of them had abilities and it made you feel not left out anymore. Overall, the agency gave you peace of mind.

walking down the hallway to the door of the agency, you just heard screaming? It wasn't the nice type, it had a threatening tone. You slowly took a peek inside the agency to see a orange haired boy with a gun, holding it to the head of a girl tied up. "If anyone of you moves, this girl's life will be taken away slowly," he said with his finger on the trigger. Most of the agency was either hiding while some had hands in the air in a surrender-like pose. You watched the scene of yelling go on for another 3 minutes until you made your decision. You stepped right into the open door frame and stood there. The boy's eyes glanced to you menacingly. "Who are you?!" he asked in a unpleasant tone. "Y/N, L/N. I just came to say hello!" you exclaim walking to the boy and girl. You patted the girl and boy's head. The orange haired male dodged your approach and aimed the gun at your head. It was only a centimeter away from your head. The girl tied up well, she just looked paled as a ghost at your action "Back off and surrender, and your free from death." the male snarled at you.

 You stood there in silence for a few minutes without a single word escaping. "Well aren't you going to move? Or do you have a death wish?" he rhetorically asked. "Well, impressive and quite a nice gun you have there," you trailed off with a smile, now grabbing the tip of the gun , still at your forehead, with both of your hands, "But I'm afraid you have no bullets in there sir!" The male looked in shock as he lowered the gun. Everyone came out and clapped. "You did great big brother!" the girl who previously had a gun to her head said as she hugged the man who threatened to murder her? You stood there and looked around. Everyone was smiling. You tilted your head in confusion. "I only informed him that he had no ammo in his weapon, he hasn't even been cuffed. Why are you hugging a man who literally was about to kill you? Are you sure you work for the government?" you questioned, not knowing what you had done. You knew the agency could figure this out and handle this situation but why didn't they? "Y/N-chan! You passed the test, welcome to becoming a member of the Armed Detective agency." Ranpo happily said as he fixed his hat. All you did was tilt your head like a begging dog. The door opened and a man with grey hair came in. "Y/N L/N, I heard a lot about you from Ranpo-kun here." he started off and looked towards Ranpo and back at you, "The Agency is a place for people with special abilities. You managed to pass the test so we are welcoming you to the Armed detective agency." he finished his sentence. 

It finally clicked together for you. But why would they want a murderer? Someone who'd taken innocent lives, okay maybe not all of them were innocent but still, why? As 100 questions came to your mind you felt a tap on your shoulder. It was Kyoka. You met her a few times but she never spot to you, you normally just see her at her desk. "Y/N...Ranpo told us, the agency, what you did..." she said, it left you still confused, 'what did I even do again?'  you thought. "When you tried to hand yourself in because you murdered many. I tried to do that once too, thinking I deserved it but someone thought I was worthy of still being alive and can change." Kyoka finished off while looking at Atsushi, causing him to feel flustered. You now knew what she meant and smiled at her.

Timeskip (Because I don't know what to put here)

"I'm sorry if I scared you or anything!" the orange-hair guy said, clearly feeling guilty as the girl with blue hair hugged his arm. "No worries, I've had the same experience many times. No harm, no foul." you said after eating a piece of your F/F. "So, are you guys dating? Oh, you haven't told me who you guys are!" you questioned as you pointed your finger at the male then to the female. "Well, Im Junichirou, and this is-" Junichirou was about to say before getting cut off

"Im Naomi, Junichirou's little sister!" Naomi finished. You nodded, sitting there finishing off your F/F, watching the sibling love go on. Life was going to be a lot different.
