" BACK OFF THEM! " Monty screamed along with Justin grabbing the men at their neck so they flew to the ground. I looked in panic at them as Tony held protecting me. That was before two more men joined the fight. One dragging my by the hair letting Tony's grip let go.

" Let me go! I didn't do anything!! " I screamed. Just before they were gonna punch me in the stomach Jeff kicked one of them away and punched another one in the face. Monty quickly picked me up and ran towards the car and drove away. " Monty go back! Please go back! We cannot leave them! " I yelled at him. " Alyssa they are gonna be fine! Tony knows a few guys and they are on the way! Look I might hate the dude but I'm not letting him die. " he said harshly making me jump.

Monty's face was a mess. His nose was bleeding and he had a black eye. He also were bleeding from a scar he had on his chin.
He pulled over into my driveway and got out. I helped him walk into my eyes and thankfully my parents weren't home. Only Clay listening to the tapes in the kitchen with his headphones.
" Holy shit Alyssa! What happend to him?! " he yelled. " Just shut the fuck up and help me fix him up okay?! " I yelled back at him making him go and grab the first aid kit.

I cleaned his nose and chin. He looked really tierd. " Shit Alyssa I-...I-I'm sorry..." he apologised. " Me, Bryce and the guys were buying some weed from these men and they sad we didn't pay enough and somehow they found out about you and wanted me to pay them more to get you back to me " he said guilty. I was in shock. " You-.....wait-....wha? " I stuttered.

" I'm a damaged person....You aren't....I don't even know why we are even friends...Like look at Jeff...he is perfect for you and I'm....just messed up. " he said with tears coming out of his eyes. I gave him a weak smile before wrapping my arms around his waist hugging him.

" Monty, to me you are the most amazing guy I know. I get that we have a toxic friendship and stuff but according to me you are the most kindest soul..." I said before kissing his cheek.

He smiled at me as I pulled away. " I...I should get going so my dad won't freak out and think I ran away or something. " he said. I gave him a smile in return as he made his way out the door.

Minutes later Clay came back into the kitchen. " Alyssa....you should really listen to these tapes....I know I didn't want you to first but you should..." he said to me. I nodded my bed slowly before we went into his room to listen to ALL the tapes.

I couldn't believe what I was hearing from them. Hannah told us the whole thing through those tapes. I couldn't breathe at that moment as I gathered the information.
