It will be Fine

"What kind of stupidness is this? I was only defending my friend!" I growled at Odin.
"She has a point." Lady Sif said. Sif had been acting as my and Allie's assistant, aiding us. But Odin wouldn't back down. We would spend a year in prison, being tortured at least once a week.
<I hate that awful man> Pine used telepathy to talk to me. <He looks like a diaper face>
I stared at my cat blankly.
"Did you deliver the message to Loki?" Pine nodded. "Ok then."
"The four of you have one night of freedom. Then you will join Loki." Odin said, dismissing us. I ran outside of the throne room, tears stinging at my eyes. I didn't know where I was going, I just ran.

As I watched Astrid take off, Pine and Star following I began to aimlessly wander the halls. After about three minutes I realized Thor was by my side.
"It will be ok." He said taking my hand. "You will be with the man you love, is that correct?" I stopped and looked Thor in the eyes, and nodded.
"Very well. I promise you will be fine."
"Thor, they will torture me!" I said, feeling tears in my eyes. Thor pulled me into a hug. I let my tears flow freely now.
"Let's go see Loki. He will make you feel better." Thor whispered into my ear.

I sprinted as fast as I could, as far away from Odin as possible. As far away from those prisons. I could feel tears flying off my face as I sprinted into the building. I gasped as I realized I had sprinted all the way across the rainbow bridge. Heimdall stood in front of me.
"Hello Lady Astrid, Lady Moira." He said nodding. I realized then that Moira was behind me.
"Heimdall, do you think what I did was right?" I panted.
"Yes." He answered in his deep voice. "You were defending your friend. You were in the right." I looked into Heimdall's emotionless orange eyes.
"It will be ok Astrid." Moira said, coming up behind me. She put her hand on my shoulder. I promise, it will be fine."
"Lady Astrid. If you wish, I can help you." Heimdall said.
"What? How?"
"Odin will listen to me. Maybe I can persuade him to change his mind."
"Really? You would do that? For me?" Heimdall nodded. I ran up to him and pulled him into an awkward hug.
"Thanks Heimdall."
