Chapter 3

Tai POV

It was time for initiation! hopefully it will be better than it was for team RWBY and JNPR, they had it really hard and I hope that we can finish it smoothly without many issues.

We all woke up and had breakfast, while we were having breakfast I noticed Raven taking glances towards me, it wasn't annoying but it was weird. 

We all had our breakfast and we made our way to the cliff's. The iconic launch pads were still the same, It seems the objective was the same as it was for RWBY, get through the forest grab a relic and come back.

Ozpin suddenly starts to speak " You will be launched of the cliff and have to land safely by using your own landing strategy, the first person you make eye contact with after landing will be your partner, good luck." We all made our way to the launch pad and 1 by 1 we were all launched, into the forest when my turn came I had a brilliant idea, " Professor Ozpin you look like you have been doing this for thousands of years" at which he flinched, "I assure I am not that old" he says while recovering from what I said, "yea your right, you'd have to be cursed by the God's or something to live that long" I said as he looked more uncomfortable, lets just hit the nail in the coffin, "Are you okay Professor? You don't look that well" "I am okay you don't have to worry"  "Ok just checking, Professor" I said.

The Dean of the school who looks a lot like Glynda starts a countdown." 3,2,1" I braced myself and then came nothing? I looked over to see Ozpin smiling and then said "Go" I was suddenly catapulted into the forest, I quickly unsheathed Byakuya and Kanshou vsm And reinforce them, then lodge them onto a tree and slide down in a cool manner. 10/10 landing

I quickly ran towards north, at least what I think is North, remembering it was the direction in which the temple was in RWBY, I wonder what the artifacts will be this time?

I was running until I heard fighting, it seemed I found who will be my partner, I ran towards the noise of fighting and found.....

Raven!

She was fighting a pack of beowolves alone and she was defeating them quite easily, so I decided might as well join and be done with it faster, I jumped cutting two at the sametime, she looked at me surprised,"So your my partner?" She said after she regained composure, "It seems so" I said as she nodded. We both killed all the beowolves without any problem. We didn't have any arguments and we made our way to the place we think the temple is.

Glynda POV

Have to find Tai, have to find Tai, have to find Tai

I looked for Tai, I really wanted to be on a team with him, I really wished I could be on a team with him.

I suddenly heard fighting start, I was surprised but I thought that maybe, Tai would be there, I needed to take the risk.

I headed towards the fighting and saw someone with Blue hair barely holding onto his life against 5 Ursa's. He looked really weak, he used a sword for a weapon, just one normal longsword. 

I had to help, as you know, a future huntress. I jumped and used some ice dust to use a ice spike, which pierced two of them while the other three dodged, I used my psychokinesis and threw the other three as far as she could to buy them both some time and get the blue haired boy some help.

I helped him up and asked him if he was ok, "Yeah I I am fine, thanks for the save there, Im Orion, Orion Pax." I told him my name as I noticed a cut on his face that was not healing, I asked him "Why isn't your aura healing that cut?" He looked at me all confused and asked "What's aura" He had not idea what aura was, he came into a combat school with out knowing what aura was.
