Chapter 4

Tai POV

I feel like I am screwed, I know for a fact that Glynda will do whatever she can to get answers about my noble phantasms and I have a ultimate bullshit plan ready for it, Ozpin is probably either suspicious or wants to use me in the war. I really am screwed.

After the Team ceremony I was sent to our dorms, we had room 101, apparently dorms change for all years every year, as soon as we entered the dorms the team started to unpack. Our classes would start from tomorrow so we had time to unpack and set our spaces in the room. Our curfew was at 9 pm and classes start from 9 am.

It was 6 O'clock and we had two hours to unpack and then we had dinner. After today the school would provide funds for the teams to make their own food. Well that will be fun.

It took us about half an hour to finish unpacking and our dorms looked quite similar to jnpr's We had our beds towards the top and we had our study tables on the sides. Each partner's together.

We made our way outside until suddenly Raven asked the question I was dreading "How did you do that supercharged weapon, what even is your semblance!?" Shit, Ok ultimate skill bullshittery is gonna activate, 

"My semblance is called blacksmith I can create any weapon that i see or make myself, as for the supercharged weapon's, I make very strong weapons, made from a material I cannot say which I pump with aura, so that they become supercharged and can do, well explosions." I looked towards Raven with a poker face to see if my bullshit fooled her.

 "Ok then, but I have to say, your semblance is really strong unlike my brother here" she laughs a little at the end, " What is Qrow's semblance" I said acting like I don't know  his semblance.

He laughs a little and then says "My semblance is literally bad luck, I can't even turn it off" He said looking a little depressed at the end. " I know it may not be a popular opinion but, bad luck can be a very useful semblance against opponents, it may make them trip suddenly, make their moves miss, I have to say you could be a really good fighter both alone and in teams." I said not thinking about what I said

"How can I even be a team player!?" He asked in disbelief

"In a team we don't have to fight really close from each other, for example with a giant ass grimm you can use your bad luck to make it trip for example, we will be far enough for it to do its work and not effect us that much, remember buddy a coin has two sides, one might not look so great but the other can be better" I said not noticing the look in Qrow's eyes yelling disbelief, he looked happy? why i just complemented his semblance?

"Thanks buddy I needed that" Qrow said looking grateful even. I wanting to change the topic said " Now we know each other's semblances except Raven's, what's your semblance" I asked directing the conversation towards Raven, " My semblance is portals, I can make portals to anyone I have a strong bond with, so people like my dumbass of a brother." Raven said with a almost cheeky look on her face at the end.

"Hey" Qrow said taking offence to her last comment at which I laughed, while Summer just stood there in silence. I notices the time, it was only 7, we still had an hour till dinner, so i had an idea.

"Hey why not do something like a team bonding exercise, like hang out in the garden or something, you guys have any idea's" I asked them

"We could go down and have spar's with each other" suggested Raven

"We could go to the bar and have a few drinks" suggested Qrow

"ORRRR we could just take a normal walk " suggested Summer

"Let's take a walk, and I am pretty sure we can't go to a bar, cause you know bullhead don't go out of beacon after 6."I said while Summer looks like she won something and Raven grumbles.
