Chapter 6

Tai POV

After classes I went to the common room and made food for myself and Glynda's team, after a while they arrived while I was cooking. I told them that the food will be ready in a little bit, I suddenly remembered, songs from back on earth, this world has very different songs so I thought might as well sing one for old times sake, then I remembered a certain naruto song that I sang for longer than I like to admit.

I started humming and singing the first verse, I forgot how much I loved this song(the song above)

I sang half way through until Raven asked," Hey what's that song you were singing? I don't think I have ever heard it" Shit what do I say, I can't say I made, that would make me feel really guilty. I don't really have any other options, if they wanted they could search the whole dust.net for it. I made my mind and said" Its a original by yours truly" I said with a naruto toothy smile, I don't like bragging but my voice is really good, I'd say I would make Divide proud by spreading a few of his songs here.

"Wow! didn't knew you could sing." Raven said while smiling, I was gonna continue humming until," You never told me you sang?" Glynda said as she appeared behind me, I was startled and the ultimate skill bullshittery came into action again, actually, nah Im gonna actually tell the truth. "I usually sing when I am alone, it helps with stress and all and its a good past time when I am alone" I said while smiling a little, for the first time trying to be a little honest.

"I see.... well you have really good voice, you should sing more often" she said while looking at me with a soft smile to which i reply "Yeah, maybe" with a equally soft smile.

I finished cooking the food and served it, it was a simple curry with pork cutlets on the side, nothing special but it was still pretty good, everyone else was eating with delight. I was in my own train of thoughts until Qrow suddenly spoke "So who all vote that Tai should be the one who cooks for our teams everyday" everybody puts their hands up and I sigh

"Ok if your gonna make me cook everyday, we will split all the chores in both our teams, Me and Glynda for cooking and everything else, you guys decide." i said as they all looked in agreement

"Sure I will do cleaning, it will be better for everyone if I do it" said Levi,

 "Sure then i will help you as you are my partner" said Willow

"Guess me and Qrow are doing the dishes" said Raven without even asking Qrow who looked like he had already accepted his fate.

"So me and Orion are doing laundry? ok I guess" said Summer

"Great, we all have divided the chores and now we can do god knows what" I said not knowing what to do now, it was only the first day of school so I didn't feel like studying. Lets seee what the others wanna do.

"We could be battle for Remnant" said Summer

"That is a four player game tho.." I said

"We could pair up with our partners" she said

I shrugged and we played the game for two hours straight until Qrow and Summer won.

Timeskip 2 hours

It was time for a tour of the campus, I am gonna skim over it cause it does not matter

There is a dust lab, combat rooms, simulation rooms, a lot of dorms, their personal forge for weapons and weapon maintenance and a lot of dorms.

After the tour was over it was 7, It was almost time for Glynda to go to her mother, which i will go to, I already have a plan so that I do not get caught. I made sure I had everything I needed and I prayed that It is not what I think it is and Glynda did not have to deal with a shitstain for a parent.
