It was when the body of a friend surfaced threatening to sink into the concrete of the river.
Locals rushed into the garden.
Skeletons contaminated pools filled waist-deep in the mud water.
There was nothing else I could do, we were powerless children.
Dressed [as] window[s].
She watched as the forest retreated its trees looking to draw strength from the only surprise. Held out for so long but we treated them very badly. So now we are all suffering the consequences.
