The smile that left your eyes

Part 2

I was moving forth and back at the lift and then the lift door opened revealing my last attack, a bigger one this time, Park Jimin.

My eyes...they almost got stuck and didn't allow me to blink.

"Y/n" he called me and I was unable to even respond.

He suddenly pulled me into a tight hug. Gosh, he's the only one who didn't change at all. My breath almost stopped in his embrace well let's say he choked me to death in his hug. 

Why is everyone popping into my life all of sudden? At least notify me oh Lord. He released the hug understanding that I didn't return and looked at me. 

His plump lips, those captivating eyes didn't change. Only the change was his height. He grew tall. Wow, his dream finally came true.

"Wow this is unexpected that we're neighbors now" he giggled with joy but what is there to feel like that? I honestly don't want him to be my neighbor but I don't have any choice

"Hey, you look pale, are you alright?" He asked me breaking my thoughts.

"Yeah, fine until I saw you" I replied and got into the lift.

He didn't chase me, rather he kept looking at me until the lift door closed. 

I got into my car and I started feeling uneasy. The audacity he has to ask me whether I'm fine. I even don't know what I feel for him now. 

Was it rage? Happy? Definitely not, after what he did back then. 

These mixed emotions of rage and confusion made me breathless. It was soo uncomfortable and my vision became blurry. I took a deep breath and laid my eyes closed until I reached the office. 

As it was so early, I went to a coffee shop opposite my office and drank a coffee until it was officially time. I paid the bill and walked to my office.

Why is everything happening to me? And why am I not even getting any tears even if I want to cry now? 

I kept thinking these while walking and I opened my cabin door to see Taehyung sitting on the couch.

"You..?" I furrowed my brows slightly.

"I came early to check these files before the meeting" he beamed his smile at me.

And then again my eyesight was becoming blurry and my head started to spin. I tried to hold the doorknob hard but everything went black.

Taehyung POV :

She fell near the entrance. I rushed to her and shouted her name to wake her up but no use, she didn't budge. Her face was totally covered with sweat. I picked her up and placed her on the couch. I didn't understand what to do. Her secretary didn't arrive yet and my mind was blank. 

Just then a guy entered with a file and saw me and y/n on the couch.

"Sunbae" he ran to her and patted her cheeks. Sunbae? Are they that close?

"Oh, God! What happened to her?" He asked me

"I don't know, she passed out. Anyways let's take her to the hospital" I got up and held y/n with my arms. 

I ran to the lift while he clicked the button and we waited for it to open. We took her to a nearby hospital in my car. The doctors took her to treat her. 

I should call Hyung.

I slightly opened my eyes and saw the unfamiliar surrounding. My eyes squinted, adjusting to the light but I saw a figure sitting beside me.
