Then comes the Valentine’s Day, for which all the couples wait the whole year. I gave her a beautiful sent. She denied that she won’t take it but I forced because I bought that especially for her.
*Samirya’s point of view*
Today he gave me a sent as a Valentine’s Day present. I denied that I don’t want anything because am not a type of girl who just wants a boy to get her gifts and whatever she wants but he forced me to take it. When I got home accidently/intentionally my little brother opened my bag and saw a sent which Sameer gave me. He gave it my father and asked me who gave me this sent? The best thing about the sent was it was unisex. So because of the sent my mother took my phone but I called my best friend Navi and told her to text Sameer that I won’t be able to text or call him because of the sent he gave me.
*In local Indian families if a girl gets a gift from anyone when she is alone without her parents, she needs to explain her parents about who gave the gift and why? The thing I hate the most about India is the old thinking of the people especially ‘the society’. In Indian society girls are never safe they only have restrictions for everything they do. In India for the birth of the child, parents make a different opinions on both girl and boy, they both are treated differently but boys have the freedom for anything they life. By birth parents taught their sons that they are always superior to girls and can do whatever they want. The Indian society or the shitty backward mentality of the people states that,” In a relationship the girl is only blamed for everything even if the boy did anything wrong. If a girl stays out all night she is a characterless but if a boy is out all night no one has no problem”.*
Navi told Sameer everything and then the next day Sameer and Ish came to my house with a great plan. They met my parents and said we all(Ish, sameer and me) were playing with the perfume and Sameer put it in my bag just to tease Ish. The perfume belongs to Ish he said to my parents and they agreed with it.
Thank god, Sameer came up with such a good idea. I didn’t expect that he would come to my house and talk to my parents just to save me. I really think he is very nice and he loves me a lot.
