Tom drives me to the doctor. Today is my regular check. I get out of the car and go into the building. I walk upstairs and enter the medical practice. I have to wait in the waiting room but get called after 10 minutes. I get lead to the usual room and sit down on the treatment table. The doctor walks in and we shake hands. After he ran a few tests I sit up.
Doctor: So, y/n. How are you doing?
Y/n: Oh, I'm fine!
Doctor: So nothing hurts?
Y/n: No, I'm totally fine! I was just feeling a little sick recently.
Doctor: I may know the reason.
Y/n: What is it?!
Doctor: I have to make a ultrasound to be sure, but you might be pregnant again, y/n.
Y/n: What?!

I get into the car. Tom kisses me.
Tom: You okay?
I nod.
Tom: No, you're not! Something is wrong!
A tear runs down my cheek but I stay quiet.
Tom: Y/n? What did he say?
I just give him the ultrasound print without saying a word. He looks at it.
Tom: You're pregnant?
I nod and start crying harder. Tom turns off the engine and hugs me tight.
Tom: Why are you crying? Isn't that good?
Y/n: I'm scared!
Tom: I'm here! Right here! I'll hold your hand and I will protect you!
