"Let's give around of applause for our soul singer Amy!!!"

Everyone around me clapped but I was still frozen staring back at her. Bakas sa mukha nya ang gulat at hindi kaagad sya nakaalis sa kinatatayuan nya kahit sumalang na ang susunod na magpeperform.

May lumapit na lalaki sa kanya at kinausap sya kaya nawala ang atensyon nya sa akin. She looks bothered talking to him while taking a glance of me.

I felt a hand patting my shoulder and I breathed a huge amount of air as if I just remember breathing again.

"Bro, si Sab ba yun?" Henry asked me.

I shook my head and watched Sab as she exit the stage. I swallowed hard before taking a step when Henry stopped me.

"Where are you going?" he asked. Kinunot ko ang noo ko.

"I'll follow her."

Bumuntong hininga si Henry sa akin.

"You'll freak her out. No, she's already freaking out. Susundan mo pa?" tanong nya.

I licked my lips.

"It's the first time I saw her in three years after we broke up. I want to know why she's suddenly gone."

"Because you told her so?" sarkastikong aniya. Natigilan ako.

Henry sighed before pulling me in the bar. Nanatili ang tingin ko sa kung saan umalis si Sab pero natabunan na ng madaming tao ang harapan ng stage dahil sa panibagong nagpe-perform.

I mutter a curse when Henry made me sit in a stool bar.

"What are you doing man? She's gone! Again." inis na sabi ko.

Sumenyas si Henry ng beer sa bartender bago naupo sa tabi ko.

"You don't get what I did right?" he asked. Umigting ang panga ko.

"You know I've been dying to see her. To know if she's fine. And now..." umiling ako, ganun din sya.

"Remember that you broke her heart the last time you were with her. Under the rain, you pushed her away. She obeyed you. At ngayon manggugulo ka?"

Kinunutan ko sya ng noo.

"Why are you acting like that? Hindi naman ako manggugulo! Gusto ko lang malaman kung maayos sya. At hindi ba ikaw ang sabi ng sabi na sya ang gusto ko?"

"Well that's because I'm just teasing you. I didn't know it's true."

"Asshole." I said before grabbing the beer the bartender put in front of me.

"What will you do when you see her again?" tanong nya. Umirap ako.

"If I'll ever see her again"

He chuckled.

"You searched the whole Manila and Bantangas to find her. Now that you know she's in Cavite, it will be easy."

I pursed my lips into thin line. Damn, he's right. I don't know if I can stop myself from searching her now that I know she's just near me.

I wanted to know how she's doing. I wanted to know why she's crying the night she left before I pushed her. I want to know why she's hurting before I even tell her to leave. I want to know why she completely left without giving me the chance to regret what I just did.
