Rose will obviously not be Hermione's daughter, in this story, she is Blaise and Ginny's only child, I'm placing her in Slytherin because it'll put less strain on her and Scorpius's relationship:

Rather than Rosie, Blaise calls her Rosa for the Italian touch. The cat symbolises that she is an Animagus.
Next is the man of the hour, looking like a member of a boyband, Scorpius Hyperion Malfoy, though he has Draco's hair, Quidditch skills and his Hogwarts House, he has Hermione's eyes, messy hair problems and adapts well to muggle culture:
