As Darry cooks dinner music suddenly blasts out of no where and it's a specific song....'The Time Of My Life'
Soda slides into the kitchen with a smirk on his face and walks up to Darry putting his hand out.
"No body put baby in a corner." Soda smiled
"Soda not now.."
"Please."
Darry sighs and takes Sodas hand and they both do the whole dance number of the ending scene of Dirty Dancing.
They were both in the moment and Darry secretly enjoyed it.
Suddenly the music stopped and they see Ponyboy drop his backpack in on the floor shocked and confused.
"Is this what you two do while I'm at school?" Ponyboy asks.
"You saw nothing!" Darry said
"Ohhh I had The time of my liiifffe, No I never Felt this way before Yes, I swear it's the truuuth...Finish it Darry!" Soda sang
"And I owe it all to you." Darry sang
Ponyboy awkwardly left the kitchen and let the two do the rest of their dance number.
Ponyboy never saw Darry the same way again.
