I keep my gaze fixated between Glimmer's ears as we bear the final jump: the water jump.
About five months have passed since the whole ordeal with Loki and the Chitauri, and things have somewhat gone back to normal. I'm still working for S. H. I. E. L. D. and have been going on missions with Nat, Clint and Cap. I still compete with my horse as well, and mum's popularity in the YA community has risen, due to my fans. Daddy's doing great as a vet, as well.
When I deem Glimmer and I are in the right spot, I dig my heels into her sides and she leaps up, into the air, front legs stretching. We soar over the water jump and land smoothly on the other side.
The crowd cheers wildly as Glimmer canters for the exit.
"And, that's a clear round from Aqua Rivers and Glimmer!" The commentator/judge announces, while declaring that the competition is at its end, and the presentation will be held in an hour.
I slow my horse to a walk by the gate as the person there opens it for me. I smile at them before I take Glimmer out and head to my horse float. I halt Glimmer outside my extended standard two bay horse float that's light blue in colour with an awning and enclosed area that attaches to the side of the float. It has a door on the left side for me to enter, and a double door next to that which leads to a storage compartment. The float also has two rectangular windows above each tote on either side.

I dismount and pat Glimmer on her neck, kissing her nose as I congratulate her.
I then lead her into the small yard and start untacking her before I take Glimmer to be hosed down at the nearby wash bay.
Then I just have to wait for the presentation.

"Cheers!" I say with Tony and Pepper as we clink our champagne glasses together, a box of pizza and garlic bread before us.
"Congrats to Aqua, for winning yet, another competition!" Tony announces flippantly. We drink before diving into the food.
Ever since Tony discovered I was that rider, he and Pepper would sometimes invite me over to celebrate at dinner for my winnings, and my parents would come, too. When they're not busy working. Because most of my competitions are on TV, that's how they know about it, and Pepper is a really big fan of mine and Glimmer. Though, she tells me that she feels as though she's going to have a heart attack watching me jump those incredibly high fences one day, then I told her to wait till I reach the Olympics, which is my dream.
"So, when's the next competition?" Tony asks.
"Not until next March," I say. "There's a break from Christmas till February or March, when the next competition season begins."
"Speaking of Christmas, do you have any plans, Aqua?" Pepper asks as I take a bite of garlic bread.
"I mostly just celebrate it at my parent's house with Bloom, Leo and their twins. So, just the usual for me."
