Thomas-- He comforts you and hugs you until you fall asleep in his arms.
Newt-- He'll talk to you to get your mind off of the nightmare.
Minho-- Minho will lay with you and stroke your hair until you fall asleep.
Gally-- He will try to get your mind off of it, so he tells you jokes and holds you close.
