Christmas pt.1

Oof, sorry about not posting yesterday I literally fell asleep at 8 pm because exam exhaustion 💀😭

Also, I greatly apologize for being sloppy with uploading recently :/

So here's another chapter of some light fluff with the dimitrescu family :> solely because I have to figure out how to arrange the chapters to go smoothly and how to make sense of the rest of the story and to make things seem not so bad :D false hope am I right?.. ha...haha...ha

~~~~~~~time skip to uhh, christmas~~~~~

You sat up in bed and rubbed your eyes softly

"Oh good morning my darling" you heard the familiar voice coming from the right side of your room

You turned to face where the came from and it was Alcina sitting at her vanity, she turned towards you and gave you a warm smile

Seeing her first thing in the morning was definitely the best thing that could happen when waking up

"How'd you sleep?" She questioned and made her way to the bed, sitting next to your tired figure

She pulled you in closer and kissed your forehead

"I slept great, thank you. And you?" You looked up to meet her golden gaze and yawned tiredly

"I slept wonderfully, thank you" she cupped your cheek and placed a soft kiss on your lips, playing with a strand of hair on the side of your face afterwards

You returned the kiss as your mouth turned into a smile "mm, that's good my lady" you then laid your head on her chest and wrapped your arms around her waist

You listened to her slow heart beat, you already knew Alcina was no longer human compared to you, but her heart beat still bloomed a melancholic feeling in your chest, knowing the slow palpitations were unnatural

Your lady looked down and noticed your uneasiness "Y/N? What's on your mind? You seem troubled" she stated, her eyes slowly filled with concern mixed with curiosity

"Huh? Oh! It's nothing- truly" you sat up completely and looked at her in a reassuring manner, but your face said otherwise

"Oh, darling. You're always so secretive about your feelings" she grabbed one of your hand and squeezed it in a caring gesture "I wish you would open up more about such" her eyes softened as she was admiring your features "I wouldn't want you to be upset, especially not on Christmas day" she stated

Your eyes lit up in pure shock and surprise "wait! It's Christmas!?" You shouted and jolted up out of bed, completely disregarding the past events

Seeing you so happy and excited made your lady giggle softly, the sight of you acting so innocent always put a smile on Alcina's face

"Yes, my love. It's-" but before your lady could finish her sentence the door slammed opened and in came her three daughters

"CHRISTMAS!!!" The three of them screamed with all their might

This left your lady in shock, she stood up and laughed at the four of you being adorably excited for such holiday

"Oh~ aren't you four not the cutest of things?" She looked at you and her three daughters

The four pairs of eyes lit up with pure joy, forgetting about every troubles in the world

You turned to face your lady "oh c'mon! You must be excited as well!!" Your smile became wide, and this made a faint rosy colour appear on your lady's cheeks
