Hi! I'm back! Again!

I feel like I say that a lot, and then I always disappear for a month and a half. Well, I'll try not to this time, but no promises. Hopefully I'll be able to write more over the summer.

As for the multi-chapter fic from the last two chapters, I've been trying to write more of it, but it's slow going. If I manage to finish the next chapter, then I'll maybe/probably give it it's own book.

So. This chapter. I know it's probably been done a hundred times before, and it's really short, and I wrote it in half an hour so it's probably not very good, but I hope you enjoy it.

Have a good day/night/whatever and I'll see you round :D - cornflakecat ᓚᘏᗢ

Ryan squints, puzzled, at the item of clothing in front of him.

"So... Erm... What's this meant to be again?"

The Doctor bounds up to stand next to him, glancing at the coat that Ryan is currently holding gingerly out in front of him.

"It's a coat of course." she tells him, confused at how he couldn't know that. "Isn't it obvious?"

"Yeah, it is, it's just very... Bright."

The different patches of brightly coloured fabrics clash with each other, making all of them jump out at him so much that Ryan was sure you could get a headache just from looking at it for too long.

"You're probably right. Hah, I remember when I used to wear this every day..."

Ryan turns to her, an astonished look on his face. It quickly disappeared, however, when he remembered who he was talking to.

"So you have a thing for rainbows then, huh."

"Hmm... I guess so. Yes. Well, only in a few of my regenerations. Others preferred to dress a lot more formally. There was a regeneration when I carried this umbrella around with me, it was well cool, and then another regeneration when I- Well. You probably don't want to know about the cricket clothes and celery combo."

She wanders away back through the TARDIS wardrobe, leaving Ryan standing by himself, trying to comprehend what he had just been told.

"Celery...?" he mutters to himself, deciding that it was probably something that was best left untouched.
