Alessandra Drakkon

Queen of the Drakkon Empire

I dab my mouth gently with a napkin, full after a productive lunch, the servants had long taken Lady Bhail abandoned plate away, leaving me to eat lunch all by myself. It had been a peaceful lunch, one that I was extremely happy with the result of, if all things worked out as planned. "How dare you!" I sigh, dropping my napkin onto my plate and looking over to see Cedric storming over to me, his face red with anger.

"Excuse me?" What did the fool want now, he was always hovering around me like a fly I couldn't get rid of.

"I've been waiting in the dining hall to have lunch with you for over two hours until a servant came in and kindly informed me you were having lunch in the garden!" I pick up my glass of Nyri and take a deep sip before speaking to him again, unsure if I could hold my temper during this stupid conversation.

"I believe you requested to have lunch with me, I never accepted." His face turns an even darker shade of red, showing his growing anger.

"I am your husband and King, how dare you disrespect me like this!" I pass my drink over to Yanu as I look him up and down slowly.

"First of all, you are my husband yes, but you are not my king. Cedric I am your Queen, but you will never be my king. And how dare I? How dare you? I am your better, not some silly servant to be ordered about wherever you so please, I already had plans for lunch, I was not about to drop them to have lunch with you." His face goes an almost alarming shade of purple, but I don't worry about his health for a second, honestly it would be better for me if he died, but I knew I would never be so lucky. Cedric was a cockroach, and they never die unless they are purposely stomped out.

"You are my wife, not my better! How dare you speak to me like this." He takes a swing at my face, but I catch his hand before it can connect, standing up I twist his arm and force him onto his knees before me.

"I am your Queen Cedric, you may be my husband but that does not grant you rulership over my Empire, I rank above you, meaning I am indeed your better. The only reason I am not slicing off your hand for daring to try to hit me, is because you are the ruler of an empire yourself, and I don't wish to go to war right now, but make no mistake Cedric, if you attempt to hit me again, I will cut off your arm and shove it down your throat before declaring war and obliterating your empire. You are not strong enough to beat me! And stop acting like this is a real marriage you fool, this is one in name only, I care nothing for you, we've consummated our marriage and we will not be doing it again, so I hope you enjoy the life of celibacy you enforced upon yourself." I release his arm, shoving him backwards so that he falls on his back. Turning away from him I leave him on the ground, knowing this would not be the last time I had to deal with him, but also knowing that if he tried anything again, I would obliterate him.

"Your majesty?" I pause my angry stride and turn to face Tanza, who looks hesitant to speak to me while I'm angry.

"Yes, what is it?" I knew that for her to interrupt me before I had had time to calm down meant that it was important.

"Your father is creating quite a fuss on the Falka, he is threatening bodily harm and severe punishments to the crew and guards. The Solveig's know that they cannot be touched by him, but his words are worrying the crew from our empire on it." I groan, leaning against the wall, what was it with me having idiotic males in my life.

"Well, I guess we need to sort that out then, is the shuttle prepared?" She nods and I switch directions to head towards the shuttle platform, I didn't really have time for this, but I suppose I would just have to make time.
