Chapter 44

Gary Jamorhnoom folded his arms across his chest. His eyes turned to Forth and Beam who were standing in front of him.

Beam's hands trembled. He held the hem of Forth's shirt back.

"Are you sure he followed you willingly?" asked Gary, tilting his head.

Ford took a deep breath. "Of course, Dad. He's my boyfriend, and he's here because I wanted to introduce him to you. I'm going to marry him soon."

Leah approached Beam and grabbed his hand that was holding Forth's shirt. "Son, you really are Forth's lover? You know that my son is a hard-hearted person, right? Were you forced by him, to vent his hurt on the woman who hurt him?"

Beam shook his head with teary eyes. He nearly sob when tried to speak. "No, Madam. Forth never forced me to do anything. I love him with all my heart. Actually, I am worried about him."

"Uhm ... Why?" Asked Leah comfused.

"I-I think, I ruin his normal life for be-being with me. Please don't be mad at him, Madam, Sir. If in any case, y-you don't like me with Forth, I-I will go." Tears rolled down to Beam's cheeks.

Forth growned in frustation. He pulled Beam to his embrace. "Mom, pleasee, you make him cry."

Forth pulled Beam's chin up and whispered in front of his lips. "Baby, ssshhh ... Don't cry, Baby. I will always be with you no matter what. Do you remember what I always say to you? I won't leave you. Have faith in me, Baby, please?"

Leah and Gary shared a stare. Leah patted on Forh's shoulder. "Son, you are really love Beam? Its not because you got broken hearted to Rose, traumatized, so you choose have relationship with a boy?"

Forth sighed. He still hugging Beam. "Mom, I just realize that I never love Rose from the beginning. Its just like I had been nice to her for appreciated her effor to chased me since high school. But, I really fall in love with Beam since first day I met him."

Gary gave a sign to everybody sit on sofa down. He spoke softly to Beam whose still in Forth's embrace. "Beam, how old are you?"

"I am 29 years old, Sir."

Gary raised his eyebrows. "29? But, you look so young. I thought you just 18. That's why I am worried if Forth forced himself to you, harmed you. Its ilegal to forced an under age."

"Dad, I told Mom before, Beam is a doctor. A youngest neuroaurgeon on our hospital. He is old enough to choose his lover to marry."

Leah facepalmed her face than leaned on to her husband. "I am sorry, honey, I forgot about that."

"Forgot about what?" Asked Gary confused.

"That Beam is a doctor."

Gary shook his head. He looked at Forth again. "Tell me."

"Tell you, what?"

"Everything about you and Beam. Its confused me, when I knew you had to faced problems with Rose and Stiff, at the same moment, you are with Beam. So, tell me. Everything."

Forth sighed. He knows this time he has to tell his story. Beam squezzed Forth's hand.

Forth tell a whole story to his parent. Leah can't stop her tears from rolling on her cheeks when hearing her son.

"Be-Beam saved you and lost one of his kidney?" Asked Leah shockingly.

Forth handed a paper from his jacket to hia parent. "Here. The operation documents about Beam condition."

Gary and Leah took the paper and read together.

"Beam is my saviour, Mom, Dad. If he didn't took a bullet that time, maybe I am no longer your son, but a corpse in our family cemetary. He saves my life, so I has to give my life to him."

"You are so brave, Son. And I want to apologize because Stiff or Stevan had been tortured and humiliated you," said Gary with tenderly smile.  "You had been troughed a lot of misery in your life, yet you still keep your spirit and become a bright doctor."

Beam shook his head fast. "Its Forth who gave me high spirit to reached my goal, Sir."

Leah moving to Beam's side and held hia hand. "Are you still hurt?"

"Eh?"

"Your operation scar?"

Beam smiled softly. "Not anymore, Madam. I am fine now. Forth gave me the best doctor and treatment."

"Of course he has to do it. Leah pinced Beam's cheek. "You are so lovely. Handsome, adorable, kind, and sweet guy like you have to be with the right man or woman. Forth is my rebel and hot headed son, can't you handle him? Are you sure he is the best for you?"

"Moom ... "

"Shut up Baby. I just try to conviced Beam to choose what best for his life, before its to late for Beam to regret. I know how posesive you are, Forth. Just like your Dad and brothers."

Beam smile widely. "No, Madam. I only love one man since forever. I want to be with him. I want to be his everything he want for me to do. Forth. I just want him, even if he won't take me."

Gary and Leah share a gazed.

Gary tapped on Forth's back. "So, can we talk about your wedding now?"
