I swam through my kingdom, feeling the bliss and the peace that the salt water gave me. I savored every single moment I had in this water because soon, I'd have to get out since it was Coronation Day of the new Kings and Queens of Narnia. Breaking through the surface of the water, I glanced at the kingdom like I'd always do with my mother.
In the far distance at the shore, I saw Edmund sitting on the beach. Jumping back into the water, I swam as fast as my tail would let me to the shore. I broke through the water as the tide was pushing back, bringing another wave to shore.
"You know you have to be in the castle on your own Coronation Day," I sat before him, fixing my own crown as I let my tail still be halfway in the water.
He sighed, "I guess you can say I'm just nervous and scared."
"Having your own kingdom is intimidating, but Aslan knew that it was going to be you and your siblings. You guys have what it takes. You just need to believe in yourself Edmund, just like everyone does. Just like I do in you."
He scooted closer to me as he put a hand around my waist, "You really think I can do this?"
I pecked his cheek, "Of course you can."
He kissed my lips softly, "Well, I guess I'm gonna be King today."
"King Edmund," I bit my lip, "I like the sound of that."

I fixed my dress as I stood next to Mr. Tumnus in the castle's thrown room. Horns began to play as the Pevenise clan and Aslan walked into the room. I saw how the four of them all smiled in awe as they saw the four thrown chairs that were made especially for them.
Aslan stood in front of them as they stood behind him, "To the glistening Eastern Sea, I give you Queen Lucy, the Valiant."
Mr. Tumnus, the beavers, and I took that as our cue to go up with their crowns. Mr. Tumnus, ever so carefully, picked up Lucy's crown from the pillows that the beavers carried and placed it on top of her head. I smiled as the pair shared the same smile with one the other.
"To the great Western Wood, King Edmund, the Just," I took the crown and placed it on his head with a small peck on his forehead and whispered in his ear. "I'm proud of you."
He smiled genuinely, "Thank you Sera for not giving up on me."
"To the radiant Southern Sun, Queen Susan, the Gentle," Mr. Tumnus put her crown on.
I picked up the last, "And to the clear Northern Sky, I give you King Peter, the Magnificent." I placed it upon his golden locks as he stood tall.
The four sat down on their chairs. Aslan turned to them, "Once a King or Queen of Narnia, always a King or Queen. May your wisdom grace us, until the stars rain down from the heavens."
