Bright answered his cellphone right away. "Oh, Mew! What are you doing letting Gulf be alone today!" he said angrily.

"Um, is Teach Gulf with you?" Mew asked hesitantly.

"Of course not!" Bright yelled. "Isn't he at home?"

"What? No, he's not," Mew quickly denied.

"Huh? Are you at his apartment right now?" Bright inquired.

"He's not home and he won"t answer his cellphone." Mew was sure Bright knew how embarrassed he was to be calling him.

Bright laughed and said, "Don't tell me he's still at the hospital?"

"The hospital?" Mew echoed. "Is something wrong with him?"

"No, he went there with a student," Bright told him.

"Oh."

'Good. Well, not good, but atleast it wasn't Gulf who needed to go there.'

Bright told him where the hospital was, and luckily it was nearby.

"Thank you!" Mew said quickly.

He headed towards the hospital. He rushed down the apartment's stairs and started to run when he smacked right into someone.

"I'm sorry!" he apologized and then said, "Gulf?"

Gulf was looking up at Mew with a surprised look on his face. "What are you doing here, Mew?" He was so surprised he didn't know what to say.

"Um, because..." Mew trailed off.

"Because why?" Gulf chuckled, and put an arm around his neck.

"Gulf?"

"What if someone's waiting by your apartment door right now?"

"Wow, I can't believe you really came!" Gulf exclaimed.

"Gulf..."

Gulf was usually so cautious, but tonight he gave Mew a kiss outside, where people might see.

Mew was so surprised he dropped the box containing the cake. "Oh, crap!" he murmured, but Gulf kissed him again. He didn't care about the cakes ot chocolates.

"Thanks, Mew. I wanted to see you so badly."

Hearing Gulf's confession, Mew hugged him tightly.

"Ah, I knew it! It's ruined!" Mew said, bringing the opened box of cake to the bed, after they had finished making love. "It's because I dropped it. I'm sorry, Gulf," he apologized.

"Who cares what it looks like?" Gulf said blithely, and picked up a piece of the cake with his hands and tasted it. "This is really good, Mew!"

He held some up to Mew's mouth.

"It is delicious!" Mew agreed. But Mew didn't taste the cake, he tasted Gulf's lips instead. "I've never tasted anything so delicious!"

"Really?" Gulf smiled and brought his lips closer to Mew's again.

"Gulf." Mew shoved the box to the corner of the bed and embraced Gulf.

"Gulf..."

He stroked Gulf's soft hair and held him close to his chest.

"Gulf, will you be my lover forever?"

Even though he'd graduate from college, he didn't want ro graduate from Gulf. "After college, I'll find a job nearby. Then let's move in together."

"You don't know what might happen in the futire," Gulf said reasonably.

Mew had just started college, and he had no idea what might happen in the next three years.

"That's not what I mean, Gulf." Mew protested.

"What then?" Gulf asked.

"I just proposed to you," Mew declared. "I wanted to tell you that after I graduate from college, I want to be together with you no matter what happens "

"Mew..." Gulf murmured.

"You don't have to promise me anything," Mew hastily said. "but I want to live with you, Gulf. Do you feel the same way?"

"...I do," Gulf finally answered. "I want to live with you too."

He didn't know what might happen afterwards. But, if it was possible, he wanted to have a future with Mew.

"And also!" Mew exclaimed. "I want to change the plan a little."

"What plan?" Gulf asked.

"I want to buy something else before I buy a car." Mew announced.

"Don't tell me you're going to buy an apartment for us already?" Gulf said, smiling.

Mew smiled too.

"That's not what I was gonna say," Mew said, knowing it was too early for that. "But it's kind of close."

If he could only buy that thing for Gulf, no matter what day it was, he would bring it to him right away.

"Aren't you going to tell me what it is, Mew?" Gulf asked.

"Not yet," Mew answered.

"I have no idea what you're talking about..." Gulf said. "I'm a little scared."

Mew just grinned.

Then, he'd ask Gulf a second time.

"Gulf, will you marry me?"

He didn't care if Gulf turned him down again.

"What are you grinning at, Mew? You're so weird!" Gulf cried out.

Mew loved him so much. He loved him so much he didn't know how he could express it.

"When he loves, he loves completely."

'And I love him completely too.'

Mew didn't say anything. He just kissed Gulf on the lips, then whispered, "I love you, Teacher."
