The stone statues were slowly closing in on Tanaka Mizuki, her scythe was broken, with a stone blade sticking out of her stomach.

My name is Tanaka Mizuki, I was awakened two years ago as an S Rank Hunter, and was immediately signed into the guild "Draw Sword"

Though, I was mocked for being the weakest S Rank there is, on the internet and even in my own guild, if enough high A Ranks banded up together, I would hopelessly lose.

"Ryuji-senpai, could you please train me? I feel like my form with the scythe is a little lacking." I tried asking the Guildmaster, but he just called me too weak for his attention, and left me hanging.

"Sorry he's like that, if you need help I could try." I heard a voice say behind me, it was the S Rank healer, Akari Shimizu. Though she is a non-combatant, she still knows her way with weapons, it is just she doesn't have the strength of an S Rank Hunter behind the strikes.

"Would I have to pay you for these sessions?" I asked her, already knowing the answer to these questions.

"It goes without saying, I'm thinking 100000¥ an hour." [A/N: around $1000]

"I'll pass, I'll just go join a raid or something, I heard that a D Rank Gate opened up near Shibuya Station, I'd be quite bad if that Gate opened up."

"Sure sure do what you want."

I went out of the Draw Sword guild building, and quickly ran towards Shibuya Station, the Gate has been there for six days already, it could open up any time soon.

This team consisted of a C Rank, Two D Ranks, and an S Rank, normally this is overkill for a gate of this caliber, but I felt like I was drawn towards this gate.

The two kilometer run lasted no more than two minutes, I am an assassin type hunter, so this distance is not much for me, just with a preference with the scythe, a pretty bad practical weapon, but I just felt like it was something I would be good at.

"Hello there, I'll be the one leading this raid, you probably know me already, but I am S Rank Hunter Tanaka Mizuki, pleased to meet your acquaintance." I said with a bow, the other members introduced themselves as well, the C Rank, Inko Shiranui, was a healer, the other two D Ranks, Haruki and Koyomi, were Tankers, normally we would need a fighter, but I was qualified for that role already.

"Now, shall we?" I asked the group, and together, we walked into the gate.

I killed every monster in sight, all of them were easy prey for me, they were wolves, though their bite was stronger than the typical wolf, it made no difference against me.

The boss room was ahead, I hesitantly opened the door, if this was a D Rank Dungeon, why did I have such a bad feeling about this?

The giant gold doors closed behind us, and we were greeted with stone statues, with one gigantic angelic statue in the middle, then it hit me

"This...this is a double dungeon." I muttered under my breath, I turned to the others, "We have to leave, now."

I ran for the door, putting magical energy into the scythe to strike down the doors, but then I heard sounds of movement to my right.

"MIZUKI, WATCH OUT!!!" I heard Haruki shout, I moved my scythe to the right instinctively to try and block the strike
