We sat down on the couch on opposite sides. Silence filled the air for about five minutes, Jin Woo finally broke the suffocating silence.

"Why do you want to join this guild?"

"I've grown fond of you after fighting alongside you!" I shouted, after I realised what I said I felt my face turn red and I corrected myself. "Only platonically!"

Jin Woo thought for a while. His vice master, Yoo Jin Ho entered the room and slowly hid under one of the desks, probably scared if something happened.

"There's a test to join the guild, normally you'd fight one of my shadow soldiers, but this time, you fight me."

He held out a hand for me to hold, telling me to hold on tight as we disappeared into his shadow together. We appeared in the gymnasium of the Korean Hunter's Association, Jin Woo walked away from me, maybe by about 10 metres.

"If you reduce my health by half, you win and I allow you to join the guild, if I reduce yours to below 5000, I win."

I took out a new scythe I received from Japan, the strongest scythe they had, and stronger than the A Class one I was using before, it was blue with decorations of butterflies and had a tranquil feeling to it.

The dust cleared, Jin Woo's health was at exactly 50%, while Tanaka Mizuki was at 5001. The female hunter won. Jin Woo helped her up, the Japanese Hunter was in shock, not only at Jin Woo's strength, but her performance, never has she ever been so focused in a fight.

"Well, welcome to the Ahjin Guild." Jin Woo said with a smile. I accepted immediately, I didn't care about the cameras in the room, I hugged Jin Woo with tears streaming down my face, I was so happy, never have I felt so happy in my life, even my awakening didn't make me this happy. Jin Woo simply smiled and patted my head, before that endless darkness consumed me, my fatigue finally caught up to me.

I woke up in the office of the Ahjin Guild, the couch felt so comfortable, as if I was lying down on the clouds. After a while, I willed myself to wake up and saw the news headline and date.

"S Rank Tanaka Mizuki joins Ahjin Guild, the birth of an unstoppable duo?"

This headline was from a day ago, I looked at my phone to confirm my suspicions, it was a day after the fight. I was asleep for a whole day, my parents must be so worried! Jin Woo made a deal with the American Hunter Bureau, so I didn't care about it and went to see my parents.
