standing at least a mile apart, both sides gazed at each other in silence, wondering who would make the first move as the intensity of my headache worsened.

"my dark champion!" kitana smiled before levitating herself from the ground of obsidian. obsidian was a horrifying place, a place where wars of the hidden world would take place

the ground was laced with dark rigid rocks, and lava flowed between slits. skeleton heads of various creatures aligned the rims, showcasing the heads of the dead fae

"you can avoid all of this, just join me!"

"you know i can't do that." i answered before slowly ascending from the ground

"you can't? or you won't?"

"i won't, and i shall condemn you back to the depths of hell where you belong." i replied, a sly smirk spreading across my face as blue balls of energies began to grow in my hands

"i can see the grim reaper shadowing over your grave!" kitanas voice had got deeper, it sounded like the voice of a demon, "attack!"

everything slowed and the realization dawned upon me that this was the war from my visions.

one half held wooden stakes and a clear substance, vervain, in the palm of there hands which were the vampire hunters. the demons had nothing but there bare hands, but the sight of them could make you drop to your knees and cry in fear. out of hate of vampires, the werewolves decided to stand alongside kitana, and they were horrifyingly huge

on our side, the vampires aligned the front row of our myriad. with fangs out, eyes different colors of the rainbow they hissed, sending out fear to there opponents in which they despised the most, the vampire hunters and werewolves

some afraid, the witches began quietly chanting words trying to get there power to full wrath before the start of the war. time began to speed up, and everything that was once paused moved again.

i threw the ball of energy in my hands at kitana, forcing her to fall out of the sky. her eyes furrowed and once she opened her eyes, they were a pure black. charging at me, i flew out of the path of kitanas attempted tackle

the training i endured of flying was scarce, because i'd always end up not being able to descend but as i dodged kitanas red fire balls, it remind me of dancing which had made it a bit easier

as kitana and i battled in the air, the sea of enemies being charging wreaking havoc in every movement. vampires began slaughtering the demons with the wrath of there super strength whilst witches used a variety of different spells to kill there enemies

spells that could make a demon or vampire hunter explode in merely two split seconds. spells that could make there inside liquify. spells that could slice them in half with only a slight move of their fingers

though the witches were beyond powerful, they had to watch there back for there are those who kills the ones with there backs turned

left and right, kitana threw lines of fire alone with balls of fire. as if instinct i shielded my face from the incoming blaze. shocked that not one blaze hit me i opened my eyes and glared at my arms in awe. a sheild?

the shield was invisible aligned with the brightness of neon blue, made it obviously evident

catching me off guard kitana threw a large ball of fire at me, sending me crashing onto the dark floors of obsidian, "the shield of morgana? how?" kitana questioned

standing on my feet, i tapped the tip of my nose. glancing down at my fingers, a smudge of red substance was shown and i knew a stream of blood was spilling from my nose
