Ren's POV

Our fight for choosing Minako as our partner was on hold because I smelled something odd. So, I followed the scent until I saw Minako facing with an unfamiliar mage from a dark guild. Then, my siblings, Luca, Kai and the Exceeds followed.

"Ren! What's been up? You seemed iritated!" Rin asked.

"That!" I said and pointed at the guy whose talking to Minako.

"Well then... I'm Rustyrose. It was nice to finally meet the princess of the Arisato Family." He said and bowed at Minako. I can feel anger seeing that guy so I dashed at him.

"Ren!!!" Ran screamed.

"MINAKO!!!" She heard my scream and I attacked the guy but he dodged.

"Damn it!!!" I thought.

"Ren?!?!?!" She called. Then, my siblings, Luca, Kai, and the Exceeds came and protected Minako.

"I knew there's something odd!!!" I said as I glared at him.

"Hmm... I guess this will be my stop. I'll see you soon, Princess." He said as he winked at her and suddenly disappeared.

"WHA- OI!!!" I screamed.

"Ren!!!" Ron called and tried to calm me down. I breathe in and out to relax my mind. Then, I approached Minako.

"Are you alright?" I asked.

"Y-Yeah..." She answered. Then, I sighed in relief and hugged her.

"Thank goodness..." I said.

"Ren? Are you okay?" She asked until I realized that I'm still hugging her. I broke the hug and looked away from her.

"Y-Yeah... I'm fine..." I said.

"So, since we're all complete, shall we go back to the guild?" Kai said. We all nodded and went back to the guild.

"What is wrong with me? Why did I do that?" I thought. 

Hours Later...

Minako's POV

Carla and I got back home from the guild. And I am very tired but still managed to be a new SS-Class Mage. As, we got home, Carla went to bed because she's tired. So, I had a time to take a bath and changed into my long sleeved nightgown dress. Then, I took off my hair tie and brushed it to remove tangles.

"I do changed too much... I'm no longer using my dad's eyepatch... It was burnt after I return here in Fairy Tail." I said as I looked in the mirror. 

"I became an SS-Class Mage... That was higher than Kai's status..." I thought. Then, I turned into my Dragon Slayer form which my eyes changed color, from blue to gold, and then back to normal.

"I've controlled my transformation through my eyes." I said to myself. And minutes passed, I went to bed and lie down. Before I go to sleep, I can't stop myself thinking about my older sister, Michelle. 

"Michelle... Sister... Where are you now?" I asked myself and slept peacefully.

In the continent of Alakitasia lies the country called Alvarez Empire, it was ruled by the Black Witch, Michelle Arisato, Minako's eldest sister.
