Minako's POV

"Something's really wrong here..." I thought. I was about to go inside the woods. But suddenly, Mages from Grimoire Heart.

"A FAIRY TAIL MAGE!!!" The first mage screamed.

"GET HER!!!" The second mage screamed as well. As they are about to abduct me, someone came in front of me. He has dark blue long hair, black cloak, and no footwear.

"Scram!" The familiar voice said and slashed them with his bare hands which made them unconscious. As the mages were down, the man turned around and I saw his face that I suddenly recognized, my dad's godfather, Acnologia.

"G-Grandad?" I called.

"Hey pipsqueak, miss me?" He said with a smirk. So, I hugged him tight because it's been years since I haven't seen him.

"Where were you these few years, Grandad?" I asked.

"Well, let's just say, I'm having my own meditation from what my ancestor did to Ishgar. Many people thought that I will seek chaos. So, I wanted to change the history." He said.

"T-That's great. So, you are now fighting with us?" I asked.

"Along side you, yeah. I wanted to see how strong you are now." He said. Then, I smirked at him.

"We'll see." I said.

"There are opponents coming from your medical tent, where the man with prosthetic arm will go. And some will go to the six mages who were going to find the grave of your first master." He said as he smelled the scent of my team.

"That must be Ren and the others... We better find them or else they might get hurt." I said. He nodded and ran to where the scent came from. Then, I wore the mask and turned into Masquerade.

"You still have Alice's mask huh?" He asked.

"Yeah. This would help from my speed, Grandad." I said.

"Fair point. Still, you resemble her, Minako." He said with a smile.

Kai's POV

Laxus, Mirajane, and I took care of the eliminated mages whom we fought with. I even apologize to Mirajane from what I did to Lisanna and she forgave me. 

"The Dragneels are getting stronger..." Levy said.

"You said it, Levy. Even if we will fight against those quadruplets, we have no chance..." Lisanna said as she gives Cana first aid.

"Ren, Ron, and Luca are now on their way of becoming a man!!!" Elfman said. Suddenly, Evergreen hit his head with her fan.

"STOP BEING TOUGH!!! YOU'RE STILL INJURED!!!" Evergreen screamed at Elfman.

"They seemed to get along..." Bickslow said.

"You can tell... My brother is now growing up..." Mirajane teased as she placed the food for our lunch.

"H-HEY!!!" Elfman and Evergreen reacted. 

"Now then, since we are done with our part in this trial, we can have our meal." Kai said. As we are about to start, an unfamiliar figure just arrived at our tent.

"Are there any room for us?" The man with a brown hair asked.

"Who are you???" Mirajane asked. Suddenly, he was about to attack.
