Lizzie's POV

The night air was sharp against her skin as Lizzie stepped out of the school gates, her heart pounding with a mix of adrenaline and rage. She had finally broken free, and nothing would stop her from confronting the Mikaelsons for what they had done. The taste of revenge was intoxicating, and she could feel the demon inside her surging with power.

"I'm coming for you," she whispered to the dark, knowing she had the strength to take them down.

Caroline's POV

Meanwhile, Caroline paced the living room of the Salvatore School, her mind racing. The alarm had gone off, and Lizzie's escape sent shockwaves of panic through her.

"Alaric, we need to call Freya," she said, urgency lacing her voice. "Lizzie is dangerous right now. We can't keep this from them."

"I know," Alaric replied, his face grim. "We've got to warn them before Lizzie finds her way to the compound. She's in her demon form, and we can't let her hurt anyone."

Alaric grabbed his phone and dialed Freya's number, his heart racing with anxiety. Caroline watched him, her expression filled with worry.

"Freya, it's Alaric. We have a serious problem," Alaric said as soon as she picked up. "Lizzie escaped from her cell. She's in her demon form, and we don't know what she's capable of. You need to prepare the Mikaelsons."

"What do you mean she's in her demon form?" Freya asked, her voice immediately shifting to alarm. "You knew about this?"

"Caroline and I have been working to help her, but she's in a dark place right now. We're worried she'll come for Hope. You need to warn them, Freya," Alaric urged, his voice tight.

"We'll do everything we can," Freya assured him. "I'll gather everyone and we'll fortify the compound."

"Please hurry," Caroline added, fear creeping into her voice. "She's dangerous, and I'm afraid she won't stop until she gets what she wants."

"I'll keep you updated," Freya replied before hanging up, determination in her voice.

Back at the Mikaelson Compound

Freya gathered Hope and Josie in the living room, her expression serious. Hope could feel the weight of the situation pressing down on her.

"What's going on?" Hope asked, crossing her arms defensively. "You look like you've seen a ghost."

"It's about Lizzie," Freya began, her tone grave. "She's escaped from the Salvatore School and is currently in her demon form."

Hope's eyes widened. "What do you mean, 'demon form'?

Freya glanced at Josie before continuing. "Lizzie has a demon inside her. Alaric and Caroline have been trying to help her, but the demon amplifies her anger and rage. Right now, she's more dangerous than ever."

"Why didn't anyone tell us?" Hope snapped, her frustration boiling over. "We deserve to know what we're dealing with!"

"They thought they had it under control," Freya replied, holding up her hands in a placating gesture. "But clearly, they were wrong. We need to focus on keeping you both safe."

Josie's voice trembled slightly. "What happens if she comes here? What can she do?"

"Demon powers are unpredictable," Freya explained. "We don't know the full extent of what Lizzie can do right now. But she's angry, and when demons get angry, they can become incredibly powerful."

"So what's the plan?" Hope asked, her resolve hardening. "We can't just sit here and wait for her to come for us."

"We'll set up protective barriers around the compound, and I'll reach out to the others for backup," Freya said, her tone firm. "But you both need to stay close to me. If Lizzie comes, we need to be ready to defend ourselves."

As Freya spoke, Josie's anger boiled over. "You mean to tell me that my parents knew about Lizzie's demon form and didn't bother to tell me?", her voice rising. "I'm supposed to be her best friend! I deserve to know!"

Hope's gaze shifted to Josie, sensing the hurt behind her anger. "Josie, they were trying to protect you," Hope said softly, reaching for her hand. "They didn't want to put that kind of fear on you."

"But they should have trusted me!" Josie yelled, her emotions spilling over. "How can they expect me to help her if they keep everything from me? I could have been there for her!"

"I know it's unfair," Hope replied, pulling Josie closer and wrapping her arms around her. "But right now, we need to focus on what's important. We can figure this out together."

Josie leaned into Hope's embrace, her anger slowly dissipating but still simmering just beneath the surface. "I just... I hate feeling this helpless."

"You're not helpless, Josie. We're a team, and we'll face whatever comes our way together," Hope reassured her. "We're stronger than this, and we won't let fear control us."

Josie took a deep breath, grounding herself in Hope's warmth. "Okay, but I want to help find Lizzie. I won't let her face this alone."

Freya observed their interaction, a mix of pride and concern filling her heart. "That's the spirit, girls. We'll do everything we can to bring her back before she does something she can't take back."

Back in Mystic Falls

As Lizzie made her way toward the Mikaelson compound, her heart raced with anticipation. She could feel the power surging within her, ready to unleash chaos.

"They think they can keep me locked away," she hissed under her breath. "They have no idea what I'm capable of."

With every step closer to the compound, her anger intensified, driving her forward with single-minded determination. She would make them pay for what they had done, and this time, nothing would stand in her way.

At the Mikaelson Compound, Freya, Hope, and Josie prepared, unaware of the storm that was about to hit them.
