Hello and welcome to my first fanfic on Wattpad! This was originally meant to be a one-shot, but as it evolved, I got a bit carried away with the plot, and it became a lot longer than that. So I gave it its own book and... here we are.
About this universe: This is an AU, so nobody has elemental powers, they're just normal people. Ray, Maya, and Master Chen aren't dead as you will see. The main characters (meaning Kai, Lloyd, Nya, Skylor and Jay) are about 20-25 years old. The ninja team has some connections but not like in the show. I'll probably bring in at least most of them if I can (to make it more fun!) Comment if there's a character you'd like me to include.
Summary: Jay and Nya have regular office jobs, and don't know each other at all- until today. Unfortunately, they're off to a bad start- but will their families and friends turn it around? Most of the ninja will come into play later on in the story- can you guess how I've incorporated Lloyd?
