(Name) POV

A hand clamped down on my shoulder, breaking me from my thoughts. I glanced at the hand from the corner of my eye, and it was easy to tell who it was.

"(Name)? Are you okay?" Seraphine asked softly, flinching a bit when I turned around to face her.

Clenching my fist tightly around the wand in my hand, I stared down at the symbol with narrowed eyes.

"I need to go." I stretched out my arm to grab my tattered shirt and jacket, only for my wrist to be grabbed.

Wincing softly, I leveled a glare at Evelynn, who was squeezing my wrist to prevent me from moving.

"Let me go."

The diva chose not to speak before loosening her hold on my wrist, not enough for me to pull it away though.

"Listen to me," as soon as she said this, I knew I was in for a lecture, "I found you on the ground with bruises, cuts, and burns covering your body."

Not seeing what her point was, I looked away, only for her to click her nails in front of my face, making me return my gaze to her.

"How do you think the other members of K/DA would have reacted seeing you like that? Do you really want to make my...our friends worry like that?"

I opened my mouth to speak, but she shushed me.

"Not only them, but you have a friend RIGHT in front of you who is worried about your well-being, and you're going to ignore her."

Taking a glimpse over to the only other person in the room, I saw her looking to the floor, not saying anything.

Biting my lip softly, I tried to speak, only for nothing to come out.

"Well?"

Turning back to Evelynn, I sighed softly and let my arm fall limp in her grasp. "I get it.."

"Good." She let go of my wrist and placed a hand on her hips. "I don't care if you're that new superhero or whatever, you're going to wait for your body to heal up before you go back to doing your...superheroing, got it?"

"You're not my Mo-"

"Got it?"

"...Yeah."

She rubbed her temples and shook her head. "Good boy." Patting my head softly, (which I kind of liked) she took the wand from me.

"H-Hey." I tried to argue, only for her to press a finger against my lips.

God, this girl.

"Be quiet you." Evelynn examined the wand and spun it around her fingers a few times. "Think of this as a way for you to relax. I'll be holding onto this for you until you get better. Make sure you come and see me tomorrow, and we can talk about this some more. Maybe we can even get you more acquainted with everyone."

She walked towards the door, turned her head to look over her shoulder and smirked at me before exiting the room.

Oh fuck yeah brotha, I'm hard as a rock.

Staring at my shirt for a few seconds, I convinced myself not to put it on and leave yet.

I suddenly felt something placed on my back as something was wrapped around my torso.

"You're so irresponsible.." Seraphine whispered, making me feel worse than I already did.

"Seraphine.."

"Shut up."

And so I did as we stood there, her holding onto me and me thoroughly enjoying it.

-The Next Day-

"What's up, dipshits?"

Ah, I missed almost breaking this door down.

Akali popped her head into the room and gasped softly. "Bestie!"

Ew.

Kai'sa and Ahri followed behind her.

"You're going to break that door one day." Ahri scolded me.

"And? You have enough money to replace this door with pure gold."

"He's not wrong."

Ahri gave Kai'sa a sour look for siding with me, making her giggle.

"Where have you been, (Name)?"

Closing the door, I turned to face them and grinned as I fixed my collar. "Oh you know, the usual, fucking bitches and getting stitches."

Akali looked incredibly betrayed at this. "Without me? You fucking traitor!"

"Oh to be 'bitches'." Kai'sa spoke with a hand on her cheek as she sighed softly.

"Are we going to ignore he said 'getting stitches'?" Ahri cut in.

"I'm more worried about what Bokkie said."

"What ever could you mean, Akali?"

Clearing my throat, their attention was back on me as I changed the subject after making a mental note to talk to Kai'sa later. "Yo, where is Evelynn? Is she out sucking people's souls out?"

"I was, but none of them are nearly as entertaining as you." Said girl wrapped her arms around my neck from behind and purred softly.

The other girls just blinked in confusion at this.

Is she willingly conversing with him? They all thought simultaneously, or at least that's what they look like they were thinking.

Raising a brow, I leaned my head back to look at her. "How would you know how entertaining I am?"

"Do you not remember all the time we spent together last night? And here I was thinking that we bonded a lot." She declared, having the audacity to sound disappointed.

"Did they...?"

"Oh to be Evelynn."

"Bokkie, drink some water."

Evelynn tightened her hold on me and poked my cheek with her nail. "So, why are you here? Just to see me?"

Understanding what she was getting at, I smiled softly and turned my eyes towards the other three. "Actually, I came here to see all of you."

The surprised look on their faces were priceless.

"So...let's hang out, yeah?"

-???-

A dark figure, the same one as before sat in a chair with their legs crossed.

In front of them was a screen that was showing the ceiling of the room, while two voices spoke, well one more than the other.

"So, it appears that he has gained a few friends from the last time we've met."

This new information served to make the figure smirk as they stood up and walked towards the screen.

The light coming from said screen illuminated their features and made them visible.

Singed, the Mad Chemist

"Oh (Name), you make this so entertaining for me."

Turning the screen off, Singed's eyes flashed a dangerous green.

"May the games begin."
