NP 04

HINDI ko alam ang aking gagawin o sasabihin. Hanggang ngayon, I was still occupied by the fact that Elani's introducing Salvador to me.

Akala ko, sila?

"Literally, blown my mind. What was that?"

I was already at twenty-fourth floor nang magkaroon ako nang comprehension muli.

May kasama na rin akong mga estudyanteng sa tingin ko'y mga highschool students dahil sa postura nito. Kaniya-kaniyang hawak din ang mga ito ng cellular.

I tapped my feet at the floor to avoid being bored listening to the students' unreasonable rantings towards a guy.

I'm not a gossiper after all to listen. Sadyang hindi ko lang maiwasang makinig dahil sa daldal at lakas ng boses ng dalawa.

"Pero hindi ko talaga aakalain na na-love at first sight siya sa akin," tugon ng isang babae sa aking tabi. My face turned into crumpled as she said that. I got cringed, obviously not knowing why I reacted.

"Don't be so feeling girl, malay mo maling akala 'yan."

"Let's go, Joan. Let's invite him over. Akong bahala."

They left the elevator floor at napanatag naman ang aking tainga sa kanilang kaingayan. Natahimik ang isang silid na puno ng ingay at hagikhikan kamakailan lang.

Nang makarating na ako sa floor area, I stepped out of the elevator. Ngunit hindi pa man nakalalayo ay may biglang tumama sa aking katawan.

The impact was strong enough for me to hold into its shoulder. I stepped back immediately at plano na sanang pagalitan ang lalaking bumangga ngunit nawala ang aking mga salita nang makita siyang muli.

He's wearing his as usual, long sleeve shirt that's tucked into his ¾ jeans and a sunglass to complete his outfit.

My mouth is about to speak when he cutted me saying, "Sorry. I didn't mean to."

He also paused for a while and stared his beautiful eyes at me. Even though it's covered with his sunglass, I can feel the motive in his eyes.

What a small world we have here.

He chuckled knowing it was me, the girl whom he gave a hankie.

"Nice meeting you again, Muse."

I smiled and nodded. "Same here," I replied looking at his shades. Tila yata nakain ang sinabi kong if only I get caught, Mr. Salvador  sa nangyayari ngayon.

"By the way, what are you doing at this floor area? I know you're living at floor twenty seven nor twenty-eight..." I shyly asked and avoided his melting gaze.

"I-I was just visiting someone," aniya at iniharang muli ang braso sa side ng elevator para hindi ito sumara. "I was actually on my way at ABS for work."

Someone? I wonder if it's a boy or a girl.

I smiled at inihanda na ang sarili para umalis at magpaalam sa kaniya.

Grabe, he's so handsome in this view... I was like the camera filming at zoomed view dahil sa linaw at lapit ng kaniyang mukha.

"Sige. Aalis na rin ako," ani ko at naglakad na papalayo. Hindi ko na siya hinintay pang sumagot at dali-daling umalis. Mayroon pa siyang binubulong ngunit hindi ko naman marinig.
