Seeing the woman's face she froze at her place. Only one word comes from her mouth,"Uma maa".She is shocked to seeing her alive. She thought if she is seeing it for real or it is her imagination.When she gets back from her thought she see that nurse are dragging Uma in a room but she don't want to go their and they forcefully taking her.
There are so many questions in Riddhima's mind so think to ask the ward boy if he knows something.
Riddhima: Sumit (ward boy) come here.
Sumit: yes doctor.
Riddhima: Who was that woman?
Sumit: Don't know. She isn't having any family member with her.It seems like that she is mental paitent.
Riddhima: who bring her here?
Sumit: She is send here by her previous hospital.
Riddhima: okay, you go now.
Then riddhima goes toward the room where nurse take Uma.

In the room,
Riddhima enter the room and gets sock to see uma's behavior. Nurses are trying to clam down Uma but she is just screaming and resist them.
Uma: Don't beat me. Don't give me electric shock.
Nurses: you please lay down on the bed.
Uma: No.. no you'll will give me shock again.
Seeing her condition Riddhima felt sad for her. Then she think to calm down her so she stand near her and hold her hand.
Riddhima: nobody will beat you and give you electric shock.
Uma: who're you? Will you give me electric shock?
Riddhima: no I'll not do anything with you. I come here to save.
Uma: Are you telling the truth.
Riddhima: yes. You come and sit with me.
Then she make her sit on the bed and sits beside her. She indicates the nurse to inject her and she keep her busy in her talk.
Riddhima: Do you remember, what is your name.
Uma(thinking): no. Who am I ? What's my name?
Now Riddhima understand that she don't remember anything.
Riddhima: Maa, your name is Uma.
Uma: Uma.... My name is Uma. But why you're calling me Maa.
