I stood on the nest for much of the night, as my eyes were locked on with the ceiling for some reason or another. Of course, I knew as to why that was the case. I felt like I was having a lot of regrets, and I was having a bad feeling that I might have made a poor decision on deciding to go out and live in the wild.
It was too late to go back at this point how ever, as I was sure that my two legs would not let me back in, as soon as they had seen that I had gone out and ran away from my perfectly good home that I had. I wanted to cry at all of it, but no tears seemed to want to drip from my eyes.
I had Ben with me, for now at least, as it kind of made me feel a bit better that I was not alone in all of this. But I knew that would not last for the long, as soon he would go back to his home, and I would be alone out in the wild, with not a clue as to what it was that I was doing, nor what it was that I should be doing.
I suppose, he was in fact taking me to a cat that was going to teach me how to do all of that, but it still was quite a bit scary to me. That cat was only going to be there to teach me how to hunt, and maybe a few other things. As soon as she was done with that, than I really was going to be on my own.
Sure, there was some cats out there, but as I had been told, they were a lot more few than the fact that there was a lot more cats in the two leg places. That should not matter to me how ever, and I knew it. I had lived my whole life alone in a two leg den, and I had not had a cat to guide me through all of that.
It should not be that big of a deal to me on whether or not I was going to be out on my own in the wild, as I had been on my own my entire life. I was going to be fine, and I knew it. I felt like I was freaking out over nothing at all. I let out a bit of a sigh at the same time too, as I looked at my friend Ben, as I saw that he was a little bit too close to his ex mate.
I could tell that he still had feelings for her, and I felt that him taking me here for a safe place to stay the night, was not the only reason that he had decided to come here. I shook my head, as I did my best to ignore that, as I rolled my eyes. I was quite a bit tired, and I knew that I needed sleep.
I knew the next couple of days for me were going to be quite a bit harsh, as he had told me that the cat was not going to go easy on me at all. I needed to be ready for that, and I knew that I could not waste some valuable sleep on a bunch of useless thoughts that did not help me for my future.
I dipped my head a little bit low to the ground at the same time as well, as I then got my self in to a bit of a comfortable sleeping position at the exact same time too, as I closed my eyes, and then I began to lay to rest for the night, clearing out all of those reckless thoughts from out of my head.I woke up, and just like the last dream that I had, I was not in my bed, and I had not woken up early in the morning to get ready for another new day in my life. I blinked a few times, as I saw that instead, I was out in the wild, or what I assumed to wild to look like, as I saw a lot of trees all around me.
I let out a bit of a sigh at the same time as well, as I began to look around one last time, before I headed in to those woods, to try to see as to what it was like out there, and what it was going to be like, to try to live out in the wild. Maybe I could try to catch my self some fresh prey.
I shook my head as I felt like a bit of an idiot for having those types of thoughts, as I knew that when I tried to hunt in one of my dreams, I could never get close to it, as it always seemed to go away when ever I did. I shook off those thoughts, as I turned my head around to try to see what was behind me.
I squinted my eyes, as I saw that it looked to be a two leg place, but it was a lot different than one that I was used to, as I saw that there were two legs walking all across it, but it was clear that they were not paying a simple cat such as I was, any sort of attention at all either.
I was glad for it as well, as I typically did not like to be around any sort of two legs, unless of course, it was the young two leg, that always seemed to give me belly rubs. I shook off those thoughts how ever, as I felt like an idiot for even thinking those, as I had to remember to tell my self that I was no long a kitty pet any more.
That two leg never paid me any sort of attention after it had got that bright thing that it seemed to stare at all day and all night. I shook my head as I knew at the same time as well, that I did not need to get my self stuck in those sorts of memories either, as it was all in the past now, and it was time for me to move on to a better future.
I nodded to my self, as I then began to walk over to the strange two leg place that I had been in just the other night at the exact same time too. I was not so sure as to what it was, but it felt like some thing was calling me over to this place. I shivered at the thought of it as well, as I knew that I did not want to live here if that is what it was trying to tell me.
It was big, as well as the fact that there was a whole lot of scary animals at the same time too. There was far too many two legs for my liking at the same time as well. I shook my head, as I thought about going back to the woods, as I looked behind me, but for some reason it seemed to be that some thing was calling me to this place that was in front of me at this very moment.
I stared at it for a little while, as I was a bit confused as to what it was that it was trying to tell me. I was going out in to the wild, so that I could go live in the wild, not live in another two leg den that was even more scary than the one that I had lived in before all of this had happened.
I shook my head, as I looked around for a little bit longer, as I saw that many of the two legs were rubbing the bigger animals, such as they would like to rub a small cat such as I. I groaned a bit at the thought of that, as I did my best to shake off all of those thoughts at the exact same time as well.
I was not sure as to what it was that was going on right now, nor what it was that my brain was trying to tell me at the exact same time too. Did it want me to go live out in the wild, or did it want me to go find another two leg place? I did not want to go live in another two leg place though!
I wanted to be free! Not locked up in some other two leg home. I shook my head, as I closed my eyes at the thought of all of that at the same time as well. I did not want to be here any longer, and I just wanted to wake up from this strange dream that I was in, so that I could go ahead and move along with my next day.
As I stood in this same spot for quite a bit of some time, every thing around me seemed to grow a whole lot colder, as I opened my eyes right away, and I blinked a few times at the exact same time too, a bit lost on what it was that was going on all around me at the current moment in time.
I saw that I was now in a new place, as I looked all around me, seeing that there was a new type of trees ahead of me, the ones that I had been told never seemed to fall, or die when the seasons changed. Those were the trees that I had been told were called pine trees. The smell of them kind of made me feel a bit sick if I was going to be real with my self.
I looked at them for just a little bit longer as well, as I then shook my head, and I then turned my head around to see what it was that was behind me. I jumped back, quite a bit scared, as I noticed that there was quite a bit fall right beneath me, and it was not the type of fall that I felt if I was to try to catch my self, I would be able to land on it.
It was for sure the biggest fall that I had ever seen in my life, as it looked to be a fall over a hundred times bigger than me just jumping off the fence at my old two leg place. I was fairly certain if I tried to land on that fall, I would die if I did so. I shook my head, as I felt like I did not want to look at that for any longer.
I turned my head around, back behind me, and back over to the pine trees that were over there. The smelt nasty to me, but I would much rather have a nasty smell in my nose, and in my mouth, than have to see such a big fall as the one that was directly behind me. I moved my self a little bit forward at the same time too, knowing that it was still right behind me.
I let out a little bit of a sigh, as I looked all around me one more time, and I then shook my head at the same time too. It was quite a strange place I was in right now, as well as it being a bit of a cold place too, which was not exactly some thing that I was all too fond of at the same time either.
I dipped my head a bit low to the ground at the same time too, as I did my best to ignore all of it, as I got rid of all of those thoughts from my head at the same time too, as I closed my eyes. I was now just about ready to wake up from this strange dream that I had some how managed to get my self stuck in to.
Just as I closed my eyes once again, the cold wind that had been blowing all over me, all of the sudden seemed to stop at the exact same time too. I did not open my eyes to see as to why that might be the case at all this time either how ever, as I just let out a bit of a loud sigh, as kept my eyes closed.
I stood there for a bit of some more time, as I began to feel things start to get a whole lot more warm, as well as the fact that I felt some thing a bit strange start to pop up in to the air too. This time I could not hold it in, as I could not help but want to see as to what it was that was going on all around me this time.
This dream was showing me the wild! Why would I not want to see as to what it was like? I shook my head, as I felt a bit crazy for trying to tell my self no, and trying to to my self that it was a bad idea for some reason or another too. I blinked a few times, as I looked all around me for a few moments.
I shook my head at the same time too, as I was quite a bit disappointed as to what it was that I saw in front of me. I was back at the big two leg place with all of the animals every where. Surely this not all that the wild consisted of right? I had been told that it was an end less part of your imagination that went on for ever.
I could keep going til I found the place that I wanted to live out the rest of my life at! If that did not happen, than I could just go and move around, and explore for my entire life, finding new places where ever it was that I wanted to head off to. That was the reason why I did not want to live in a two leg place the rest of my life!
But why was my dream only showing me those 2 places though? If I knew that the wild was an endless horizon that I could explore for ever? I shook my head, as I was still a little bit confused for a bit longer, until it suddenly began to hit me, as to why this would be the case in the first place.
My mind was trying to tell me some thing, or perhaps it was some one else, such as Ben had told me about the dreams that I was having. Some one was trying to tell me some thing! But what was it? I stood there for a few moments, as I suddenly heard some thing from right behind me, that made me jump at the exact same time too.
I was a bit off of my self at the moment, due to the fact that I was a bit scared as to what was going on right now. I had been in a lot of different places, and I was not so sure as to why, or what was even happening. I shivered a little bit any ways, as I looked over to the loud noise that I had just heard right behind me.
As I stared at what it was, I then began to realize that it was the same cat that had come in to my dream just the night before now. At first, I had just thought that it might be some form of my sub conscious, but after what Ben had told me, I was starting to think that what he had said was in fact true.
I had always wondered what happened to cats after they died, as I had thought that there was surely some where they went off too. This was not really an answer to the question that I had, but it at least told me that you did not disappear in to nothing at all, as it was a bit of a sigh of relief too me.
I shook my head at the same time too how ever, as I knew that was not exactly what my thoughts should be stuck on right now, as I knew that I needed to find answers, and that I needed to figure out as to why this cat was meeting me in my dreams. I was not sure which was more important for me how ever, if I should find out who the cat was, or if I should find out why he was telling me to follow the 'sun' as he had said to me.
I shook my head, as I was just about to speak to him at the same time as well, as I figured I had to speak louder to him too, as it was clear that he was an older cat, and it might be harder for him to hear as to what it was that I had to say to him at the exact same time too.
The cat spoke up to me before I had the chance too, and I let out a bit of a soft sigh to my self at the exact same time as well, as I then nodded to the cat, to let him know that I was listening as to what it was that he had to say to me at the same time too. I did in fact listen as to what it was that he had to say as well, as he finally began to speak.
"Remember, to follow the trail of the sun, and it will guide you to your own destiny..." The cat said to me. I looked at the cat for a few moments at the exact same time too, as I then squinted my eyes at the cat. I had not a clue as to what it was that he was getting at, though it was clear that he was trying to tell me some thing that he viewed to be of some kind of importance.
I had my head tilted to the cat for quite a bit of some time as well, though it did not seem to be to me, that the cat was paying me any sort of attention how ever, as he had his eyes locked on some thing completely different than me, as if I was not even the cat that he was speaking to in the very first place.
At first, at the exact same time as well, I actually kind of thought that it might be the case, as I began to look around for any other cat that might be with me, so that I could see just what it was that the cat was looking at in the first place. As I began to look around me how ever, I saw that it was just us 2 together.
I blinked a few times, as I was still quite a bit confused by it, but I was starting to relax my self a bit now, as at first I had been a bit scared, and a bit lost as to what it was that was going on around me. I still was a bit lost to be fair, as it always seemed to be for me at least, that old cats were never straight forward with what it was that they said to a young cat such as I.
I shook my head at the same time as well, as I then thought on what it was that he was telling me to do. It was fairly straight forward if I was going to be honest, but maybe that was not so much of a good thing, as I began to look around, to see what was all around me, as I saw that the world looked to be almost end less.
I shivered at the thought of it, as I then looked back over to the older cat that was right in front of me once again, as I kept the look on my face to let him know that I was scared, as well as let him know that I was still not all too sure as to what it was that he was trying to tell me to do, and why?
Why me? That was the biggest question that I had to ask my self, as it felt like I was just a simple kitty pet, and that there was nothing that was special about me at all. My parents had left me as a young kit, and they had not wanted me at all, so why, all of the sudden did it seem like I was being made out to be some sort of special cat?
At the same time too, I was not sure if that was what I had wanted at all at the same time either, as all I had wanted was to go live out in the wild, and I had not wanted to have to go and search for some thing, or to go on some sort of journey either. I shook my head, as I just stared back at the cat that was staring at me.
I gave up at this point though, as I was doing my best to hold in my anger at the exact same time as well, but it felt to be quite a bit hard for me, as I really did not under stand as to what was going on around me at the current moment in time. I shook my head at the cat that was in front of me to try to get his attention on me, as I could tell that he was still staring up at the sky.
He seemed to notice me from the corner of his eye as well, which I felt as though he should, as I had to assume that I was the reason that he was here in the first place. The cat nodded to be, as I let out a bit of a heavy sigh to my self, as I then nodded back to the cat, as I then spoke up to him quite a bit loudly.
"Who are you? Why are you here? What do you want from me?" I said to the cat, as the cat just continued to stare at me for quite a bit of some time, as if he had not heard a word that I had just said to him at the exact same time either. I was a bit lost, and if you could not just tell in my voice, I was also quite a bit afraid as well.
The cat stared at me for quite a bit of some time too, as he had a bit of a grin on his face at the same time too, as if this was some sort of fun little game to him. It did not make me feel any better at all at the exact same time either, as I kept my eyes squinted at him, as I did my best to try to control a bit of my anger at the same time as well.
The cat just stared at me for a little bit longer, as I then suddenly saw him lift his head back up at the sky, such as he had been doing earlier. It was now starting to get on my nerves, as it felt like I was not going to get any sort of answers from this cat at all, as I shook my head, and then I lifted my own head up, to try to see what it was that he was staring at in the first place.
I blinked a few times, as the light was quite a bit bright, and it was a bit harsh on my eyes at the same time as well, as I did my best to try to shake it off, and get my eyes a bit in tune to the fact that the sun was staring back at me so bright in the very first place any ways.
As I got used to it, I saw, to no surprise at all, as I thought that there would be some thing that was supposed to surprise me for some odd reason or another, as it was simply just the sun that he was staring at. I turned my head back to the cat once again, this time, I was a lot more annoyed by it, than I had just been a few moments ago, as I stared at him directly in to the cats eyes.
It did not seem to phase him a bit, as it instead for some odd reason or another as well, put a bit of a smile on the face of the cat, as the cat then nodded to me. I let out quite the loud sigh, as I then in turn, then nodded back to him, as he finally as well, then began to speak back to me, as I listened as to what it was that he had to say to me at the exact same time too.
"I told you before... I am Stoneteller, and I want you to follow the sun trail..." The cat said to me, as he winked at me at the same time too. I knew that was the same thing that he had said to me before, and it was kind of getting on my nerves that it was the only thing that he had to say to me as well.
I felt like there was some thing that I was missing, as it was clear that he was being straight forward with me, and I was just too stupid to realize that to be the case. I blinked a few times, as I let out quite a bit of a sigh at the same time too, as I all of the sudden saw the cat begin to go away on me.
I tried to speak, but by the time I could get a word out of my mouth, the cat was all of the sudden gone. I was still lost as to what it was that he had meant by the sun trail, but it seemed like tonight was not the night that I would get the answers to that question. I wondered if I would ever even get the answer to that question in the first place.
I shook my head, as I was quite a bit disappointed by all of this, as I shook my head at the same time too, as I then began to look around me, to try to enjoy the surroundings, as I managed to crack a bit of a smile on my face at the exact same time I was doing so. I was not going to lie to my self, I could not wait til I got out there.
It was all so amazing, and it was all so beautiful as well. I blinked a few times, as I looked over at the strange two leg place that was ahead of me, as for some reason, at the exact same time too, though the cat was clearly telling me to go and follow the sun trail, there was some thing that was at that two leg place that I needed to do.
I shook my head at the same time as well, as I then began to remember that I still did not know how to hunt at all, as I was sure that I would not make it all that long in the wild if I was not able to learn how to hunt first. I dipped my head a bit low to the ground, as I knew that was what I was going to have to learn first, if I was going to survive.
I then began to shake off all of those thoughts at the exact same time too, as I then closed my eyes. I felt a bit tired even though I was in a dream, and I was asleep. I suppose, it was now my time to fall asleep, or rather, it was time for me to wake up for that very matter, as that seemed like that was what was about to happen.
