“Hey you two! How are you guys?” Yuma waves.
“I’m good…” Chinatsu, surprisingly the first one to speak of the two, says, waving back.
“Same here. Nothing much is going on around here anyways…” Naoto says.
“Well, if you say that, then Monokuma is going to give us another motive, then there's a good possibility the killing would happen again, which would make a lot of things go on. So, let's not be bored.”
“Heh, fair point. I’m still hoping the motives are fake. If they’re real, I don’t know what I would do.” Naoto hangs his head while Chinatsu pats his shoulder.
“They have to be fake. I’m sure of it.” Yuma grabs a couple of food items and heads out of the kitchen. Yuki had come back while she was talking to Naoto and Chinatsu, so Yuma sat down next to her.
“So, Miana okay?” Yuki nods.
“This place is really stressing her out. It bothers her when she has a problem she can’t solve. It doesn’t happen often, but when it does…” Yuki chuckles and shakes her head.
“What happens?” Yuma looks over at where Miana was sitting.
“She's gone several weeks without sleeping to figure it out. It’s… It’s always hard to watch. Normally, she's the one making me sleep, but when she's like that, I’m the one who has to force her.”
“Oh wow… She won’t rest until she figures out what's up with this place then?”“Nope. Not unless I knock her out.” Yuki’s demeanor had suddenly changed when they started talking about Miana. Her face was now, gentle, unlike the cold face she normally had.
“You really like her, huh?” Yuma smiles as Yuki’s face goes red.
“What? Of course not! I’ve just known her my whole life! I don’t like her at all!” Yuma chuckles.
“Alright… So… we haven’t really had a conversation that's about normal teenager stuff, it’s been mostly about weapons… What do you do for fun?” Yuma puts her chin on her hand, looking over at Yuki.
“Not much really. I sew. I embroider. I work. I do other things. My life isn’t that complicated.” Yuki shrugs.
“You work?”
“Yep. I’m the Ultimate Seamstress for a reason, you don’t just get that title off the street, you actually have to have a shop and show how good you are.” Yuki puts her head on the table, still looking at Yuma.
“Ah. I just had to prove how good I was, so I never stopped working hard.”
“Yeah, I can see that in you.” Yuki sighs.
“Really?” Yuma looks at her.
“You’re the kind of person who’d try their hardest.”
“That easy to tell, huh?”
“Mhm. Anyways, what do you do for fun?”
“Mm, not too much more. Firing guns is enough fun for me.” Yuma smiles.
“I still don’t understand how you like that...” Yuki stands up. “Anyways… wanna do something?” Yuki walks toward the cafeteria door, looking behind her with a sly grin.
“You have something in mind?” Yuma smiles back and walks with her.
“Nope. But I do have someone in mind.” Yuki walks toward the dorms, still grinning mischievously.
“Wa-who?” Yuma follows behind her, confused. Yuki turns and knocks on someone's door, hiding the nameplate from view.
“Yuma, you wait somewhere else, I’ll be back in a minute. Yuma nods and walks off.
“What do you want?” Koko opens the door and looks at Yuki.
“You wanna do something? Like… I don't know… stuff?” Koko shrugs. “Oh come on, it’ll be fun.”
“You don’t even know what you’re doing, how can you say it’ll be fun?” Koko leans on the doorway, agitated.
“And why wouldn’t you want to come with?” Yuki meets her agitated gaze, trying to give a fairly normal smile.
“Fine. I’ll come with you. But I still don’t like you that much.” Koko stands up straight and gestures for Yuki to lead the way.
“Hey, that’s fine by me, I hated everyone here too.” Yuki starts to walk forward.
“Oh, you, uh, did…? Like, you, uh… hated me? B-because that’s fine! I-I hate you all anyways!” Koko walks forward with Yuki.
“Don’t think of it like that. I hate everyone in the world in general. If I start to care, then I’ll try and become friends. I-I’m just not good at it. Miana’s the only one who even really cared when I was younger.”
“O-Oh, I see…” Koko sighs a bit.
“It didn't help that I wasn’t approachable when I was a kid.” Yuki shrugs, seemingly not caring.
“I… understand. I’ve always been this cold. I get it…” Koko looks at Yuki, who smirks.
“You’re not cold.”
“What do you mean?” Koko stops walking, staring at Yuki.
“You may be to others, but not to me.” Yuki stops and turns toward her.
“Yeah, the spec ops[ci][cj] were more cruel than you ever were.” Yuma walks up from behind Yuki, chuckling. Yuki's face went dark.
“What… did you say…?” Yuki looks at her with her piercing violet eyes, seemingly ready to tear someone apart.
“The spec ops… why? If you’re afraid I’m Fenrir, I’m not. The spec ops are below Fenrir, but I was about to be recruited by them.” Yuma explains. Yuki's face relaxed a bit, still on guard, but less murderous.
“Good.” Yuki looks over at Yuma, who looks down at her hands. Yuki does the same.
“Looks like we both got something to hide… Maybe we should share it at the same time? On three?” Yuma grips her gloves and Yuki nods.
“1… 2… 3!”
