Yuma walks down to the cafeteria, looking for something to eat. She grabs what she wants, then walks back to her dorm. The computer was dead, Yuki was insane, she was pretty sure Nao was upset with her… Yuma puts the food down on her desk, then walks up to the third floor. She walks down the hall, splashing the water of the fountain as she walks past it. She walks to the Ultimate Shop, looking at the symbols. 由紀, ナオ, ケイデン, さゆり... Japanese. She would need Koko to help her… but she hasn’t seen Koko really at all today. She saw her at breakfast, but other than that not at all.

Yuki smiles. She hadn’t felt this way since she’d killed them. Now that she was gone, she could fully take over. Nobody was stopping her anymore. She giggles.
“Well, I could also kill myself!” She starts to laugh hysterically. Nobody gave a shit. She could pick them off one by one. Nobody would notice. She pulls one of her hatchets out and takes off her suit coat. Deep red gashes run down her arms to her stomach. She presses the hatchet to the center of her abdomen and pushes, feeling the give of her skin and the rush of excitement that flows through her body. She slowly pulls the hatchet out, feeling the blood rising up out of the wound. She quickly pulls out a needle and thread to stop it. She stands up keeping her suit coat off, just feeling the air around her. She giggles again.
“Alright, let’s get to work…” She smiles maniacally and walks toward her sewing machine, pulling out different fabrics off of their perspective rolls. Fuschia, evergreen, dandelion, crimson… Why were the names so colorful? Why not blood red instead of crimson or brick red? Why not glaring sun instead of dandelion or duckling yellow? The colors on embroidery floss were so, so much worse. She sat down and started to sew.
Yuma, still trying to find Koko, accidentally bumps into Naoto in the main hallway of the school.
“Oop-sorry!” Yuma apologizes.
“No worries, you’re good!” Naoto smiles. Yuma looks behind him.
“Wait… where’s Chinatsu?”
“She needed to take a rest, so I was just wandering around.”
“Same. Wanna talk? I haven’t really just talked to you.”
“Sure. What about?” They both start to walk down the hallway toward the
“Hobbies, things you like, your Ultimate, that kinda stuff.” She wants to know him better, really.
“Well, my main hobby is drumming, obviously. I do like working out as well. I gotta stay fit to drum as well as I can.” Naoto jokingly flexes his arms, and Yuma laughs.
“I would bet! It must be hard work, banging around those drums!” Yuma smiles at him, him smiling politely back.
“What about things you enjoy?”
“I like cats,” Naoto says simply and Yuma looks at him surprised.
“Cats?”
“Yep. They’re so fluffy and soft, why wouldn’t you love them?” He looks at her questioningly.
“Because they’re little demons?”
“Only sometimes, and if you’re mean to them.”
“That is true… any other things?”
“Well, if you hadn’t already noticed, I love coffee. I have it every morning when we all congregate.” Yuma nods. She noticed he always had a mug in front of him every morning.
“Why?” She’s genuinely curious, but Chinatsu walks in and silently sits next to Naoto. He turns to her and smiles, and Yuma decides to leave the two of them alone. She wanders down the hall a bit, walking down the dorms.
“It’s almost night time already?” She walks past everyone's doors, touching the nameplates as she passes. She stops when she gets to Yuki’s, then continues walking, touching Izumi’s next. She walks into her dorm, slowly walking to her bed, then collapsing. Darkness only came a few seconds later, blocking out Monokuma’s night time announcement.

“Alrighty ya little shits! It’s that time of day! Murder o’clock! Now get up you little fuckers!” Monokumas face, inches from the camera, fills Yuma’s view. She groans and wipes her eyes, slowly getting out of her soft, comfortable bed. She stands up, stretching her back while she does so. She hears a pounding knock on her door, urgently calling her back to reality. She runs over to the door, flinging it open to see Nao’s distressed face.
“Yuma! C’mon! S-Sayu~chan need’s help!” Nao gestures to follow her, and Yuma slips a piece of paper into her pocket, following after her. Nao sprints up the stairs, Yuma way far behind her. Nao slips into the 3rd floor, throwing open the doors and revealing…
