Chapter 4

Shu's POV

As I opened the door , immediately , my back was greeted with the wall afar. "Gobi! 没这必要吧!(There's no such need for this , right?!)" I giggled at his adorably and picked up , taking him in the house.

"Why did you take him without telling me?" "It's literally 6 in the morning , you're still sleeping I assume. What could be worst than taking one out at a time?" I asked Ava who's right now putting me on trial. "You should probably get the others clothes too , ya know?" "I believe it's your turn to do the job while I take your role of keeping an eye in the house." I said calmly and head to bath.

Ava's POV

She's literally insane! Like literally!

I was having a nice talk with her and she savagely K.O. me! How rude that she could be?! I know Dad and Pop always told me to "Be nice to her" , since she's a freakin adopted child! Like excuse me , I'm one too!

"How could you just went out without informing us?!" "Why should I? Shu's way more fun than the other human , besides I get to explore Earth without you guys doting me around." The white horned demon growled and blast a fireball....AROUND THE APARTMENT?!?!!?!

"H-Hey! Don't shoot fireballs around the house!" "It's none of your concern , human! Now you'll take us except for that stupid Leif , out to explore Ear-th!" The demon said furiously while walking towards me.

"I'm not stupid!" "Oh yeah , then tell me how-" As he was about to yell out something, Gobi was somehow smacked right in the face. I looked and found Shu who had her phone in her grip and a light blue hoodie with black 4 line shaped logo and of course , her black cap.

"That's very rude to talk to someone , sir. I ain't hoping to teach you some manners." She said while handing me some cash. At first I looked at her confusingly, she then said , "I thought it's your job to hand over the rent to Jake?"

"Since when?" "He did mention that yesterday morning , didn't he?" She said while smacking the cash in my grip and walked towards the white horned demon. I only sighed at this stubbornly sister while head to change.

Pierce's POV

I looked at Shu who walked towards Asch with a quite aggressive look. She turned as she saw the other human closed the door shut.

"Listen up , Prince. I don't know why in the name of Celine are you here , but better get those claws away from my sister. Or else , I toss you to the moon and you'll spend the rest of your lifetime there." Is she....torturing Asch? With words?

"Who do you think you are to talk to me like that?" "I'm someone you would not like to know." She said with her face darkened. "Come on Gobi , snack time." She then changed her face to Gobi while handing him a piece of paper again.

"Are you kind to explain this paper you feeding to your spirit?" "Oh we don't call it paper , we call it seaweed or kelp on the other hand. Want some?" She asked Rhys while chewing some or herself. "N-Never mind." Rhys pushed her offer as the human walked out of her room.

"Fine , let's go." "Good , Leif , Rhys , you two stay here." "Meh , sure , at least I get to explore Ear-th ealier than you folks." Leif mocked. He's still bringing this up , isn't he?

While the human sorceress was introducing us the scared mall , a squeal from a female human made the human sorceress panicked for a second. "Oh Ava!!!! I thought you're busy this weekend" "Hey Lorelai. Same to you..." "Where's Shu? Busy with music and Chinese , I assume?" "Ugh , why is everyone I met looking for her?..." , the human sorceress...Ava I assume her name was , mumbled about it , "....Oh yes , she's actually busy with her stuff , which I have no idea what is she actually up to these days..." "Aww , what a shame, I was going to invite her out the next day , but never mind!"

Is it me...or os it that Shu had a stronger bond with this human?

"You know you should come out more like Shu. You ain't so socialized than her." The human sorceress rolled her eye and looked at the human. "Listen , We're same adopted by our parents , but we have different personalities. She's socialized, that's her problem. I love sticking to my comfy bed."

After then , the human helped sorceress Ava to pick up human outfits for us to disguise ourselves on Ear-th. As we got back home , there's no sign of Rhys , Leif , or Siren Shu.

"Where's your friends? Shu?" She asked as Leif came out with Siren Shu. "Oh you're back Ava! You should check out this amazing place!" She said while walking through the wall once more , which means...

"They set it up!" Noi squealed as he dropped his items and ran through the wall.

I followed Prince Asch towards the wall and found Rhys had actually made out a complete mini palace of Daemos.

"This used up some of my magic , so I have to use the others wisely." "This is amazing!!!" I looked at Siren Shu walking the top railing of the second floor upside down. She then jumped downstairs and landed right in front of the human sorceress Ava , shaking her.

"Ava , this was literally like a fantasy... Ava?" "This is really happening... Heh...Heh.." The human then fainted onto the ground once more like how we met her the first time. "Oh no , not again." Rhys furrowed his eyebrows.

"It's fine. She just faint which was a completely normal thing." Shu said while picked up the sorceress and placed her somewhere for her to lay down.

"You seem to be stronger than the human sorceress." "Pfft , please. I taught kids self defense , I learnt fan dance , all of that , might have trained up my stamina mean time." She said while jumped in front of Noi , inches away by the lips.

Noi tensed up when she's so close to him. She then reached her finger , pressed it on Noi's forehead , pushing his numb body to the ground.

"You good?" She tilted her head , looking at Noi. "Maybe I had trained more for that. Come on." She reached out her hand , pulling Noi up from the ground. "Thanks anyway." Noi thanked and she suddenly froze , staring at Noi's face , wtih a pink tint growing upon her face.

"W-Well , Y-Yeah know , I'm heading to sleep. 晚安! (Goodnight!)" She said while rushing out the palace. I was curious for the unknown language she spoke , and the sudden reaction when she stared at Noi.

"What is she talking about?" "I don't know. BUT I THINK IT'S AN INSULT TO ME!" I looked at Prince Asch who's growling aggressively. "I don't think so. She talked in that way to small human kids." "Are you defending for her?" Asch questioned him.

"Any problem?" "Well , she's quite a warrior. Not to mention the strength.... Her pull was so strong...." Noi gave her a compliment while staring at his palm that Shu grabbed.

"Well , same adopted , but different personality? That's a true fact." Rhys concluded.

Why does she had to run away from us after having eye contact with Noi?...

What kind of secret that she would hide from us....

She's a very interesting human prisoner.....
