Chapter 36

Noi's POV

I was in my slumber , having an amazing dream , until someone shook me crazily ,making me grunt in my slumber and questioned the purpose of that action.

Turns out , it was Josh.

"Josh...What the hell?....What's that for?" "Shut up and get dressed. We're going for an investigation." He demanded as he walked out of my room , leaving me who's still rubbing my eyes , trying to progress of what just happened. But , I just get dressed in a half awake situation.

"W-What are we doing here?" As I was fully awake , I was right now squatted behind the same bush , in front of Shu's castle. Josh looked at me with the face written , 'Seriously , Noi?'. He massaged the bridge of his nose , saying annoyingly , "One more time , of what I said , we are sneaking into Shu's castle. To get our chance either to get some children escape the castle back to Earth. Or at least to see what's Shu up to."

Josh said while grabbed me by the wrist and ran to a side of the wall , avoiding being seen by the paint balls. "Hold on tight." "What are y-" Before I could say something , Josh jumped into the sky with my hand grabbed as we jumped into a pond safely.

"Woah! That's amazing!.... Josh?" I looked at Josh who's right now staring at the flower. I looked down the flower and found it has the exact hair colour as I do.

"Hey Josh! The flower has the same as-" "I know okay?! Now , can we do the actual mission we had!?" He yelled at me as he climbed out from the water and decided to walk away without me. I quickly hid a flower in my pocket to show the other Daemos as I catch up to him.

"That's strange... Where's the children? I mean , if she was according to the time in America , it's still daytime." Josh questioned as we have walked for hours and there's no sign of a human child around.

"It's because that her diamond made herself the perfect timetable for the children. It's play time by now." I turned and found a girl with blue eyes and double ponytail.

"Marlene?" "The name's Nept. Sir. I should be asking, what are you two doing here? If you're guests of her diamond , how come didn't I received any information that I should welcome the two of you?" Nept...or Marlene questioned us.

"You go and look for Shu's bedroom. There's probably some clues on how to reserve her Killer Rabbit mode." I looked at Josh by the corner of my eye , questioning about himself, "I will distract her. Just go."

'As you said so....' I thought as I ran to the opposite direction from Josh and Nept , but she's Marlene , wasn't it?...

As I was walking alone in the hallway , a huge bell sound chimed in my head as I saw the lines of human children walking towards me.

I did tried to defend myself from it but they seem to be ignoring me but just walking towards a certain location. I turned and found a rectangular hole appeared out of nowhere. As the last human child stepped in , the rectangular hole shut tight. I can't even find a small hole to open it and examine.

I sighed as I continue walking till I found Shu who jumped down from a tree in a garden. She looked around as she jumped away , losing sight of her.

I quickly rushed to the tree and found a ladder which leads to the underground. I took a deep breath as I climbed downwards. I was shocked by what was in there.

Mirrors that were pasted with papers of information. Books that were some on the shelves or scattered on the ground. A table with a pencil above several papers.

I walked towards the papers and notice that they're all moon , Lunaria or eclipses related information. I quickly snatched some into the pocket , separately with the flower. And the books were about the history of the Usagi family and the formation of Lunaria.
