Pierce's POV

It had been quite some time since we had our base at Shu or Baron Hou's humble home.

Recently, Shu had clearly showing care and love to Ava , just like back on Ear-th. She even decided to teach Noi and Ava some combat skills since 'They'll sure be lose a fight to an alley spirit' , as she say.

One thing that seems never chnage was the fact that she and Prince Asch had a non-stop fight. Almost every single sun , there will be at least once. Rhys was very concerned about this issue since it might cause chaos between and there might be a high probability that Shu will kick us out.

But me , maybe others too and even Asch himself , knows that his highness had romantic feelings towards Shu's past sister , which was none other then Jing herself.

Currently , I was seated on the cement floor. Watching Shu sparring with Ava who borrowed one of Shu's long sword and Noi who used his own daggers.

"Shu was still the kind role huh?" I turned and found Leif who sat next to me , glaring at Shu who's correcting Noi's fighting movement and those close contacts.

Some reasons , Shu's rage fueled words were like spirits purring to Noi. The more Shu got angry , the more red Noi's face got. I don't really think that Noi had romantic feelings towards Shu , even some features of Shu represent a lot of Noi. The flowers in the pond and her lightning scar were great examples.

"What's with the frowned face? Was it jealousy that got in your way?" "A-Absolutely no! I mean , Shu wasn't the one who would tell me secrets and talk to me at least once a day!" He exclaimed as he looked onto his feet.

"Calm down alright ," I said while patted him by the back ,"Shu will might remember us. If we played the right move." "Heh , Wow , wise words huh? Do I need to jot it down or something?" He joked as another sparring session has pulled out by Noi himself.

"How much you want to prove yourself to Asch? Even you got some skills already , you can't be that proud. Could you?" Shu uttered while Noi just cut her off , begging for one more spar.

Shu only rolled her eye , waiting for Noi to start while Ava quickly moved away , leaving the field to them. The atmosphere was quickly silent as soon as Noi started to attack by running towards her.

He first tossed one of his dagger , causing Shu to be distracted by it as she dodged away. As Shu turned back , Noi was already ready to give Shu a scar as he jumped in the air.

But some reason , his eyes was reflected with fear as he was soon kicked to the wall by Shu's feet. He coughed a bit of blood from his mouth as Shu yelled at him , "That's why I asked you to think before you jump. You're not even ready!" "I am! It's just...Ugh!" Noi groaned as he fleed the scene.

"Ava , are you okay?" I looked at Ava's face that was written with fear and sadness. "I-I need a moment for myself." She said as she walked away the same direction as Noi.

"It's not my fault for him to spar with me. What do you mean "I had to find them" ?" She questioned me while sharpening her weapon. "Besides , blame him because he want to do so. I'm sure that he must haven't cross his line of fears. So he doesn't dare to hurt me." She told me while shrunken her weapon , placing it around her belt.

"Say....Pierce..," I looked at her , "Does this had to do something with the....other me?" "Possibly. Noi did had an order of Asch to assassinate Shu back on Ear-th. He didn't in fact and got scolded by Asch himself." By a quick second , she rushed out the room , leaving me who's quite confused by her action.

Noi's POV

'I....I just can't do it....' I thought as Ii found myself a glass roof and sat there alone, thinking about that sparring session , along with the incident back on Ear-th....
