Thank God, I convinced Noah to give me the address to their dorm. If it wasn't for him telling me, I would have been walking around the campus, knocking in each door and only ending up to message Margaret for direction to her dorm. The only thing that's making me nervous is Noah's silence because to buy his silence about our interaction, I needed to tell him about the karaoke night. So, I'm hoping that he'll keep his mouth shut towards Margaret.

Pacing my whole body around, waiting for her to get out of the dorm. Maybe I shouldn't do this, perhaps I could just cancel this karaoke night. No, my mama didn't raise a quitter, I can do this.

I immediately heard the door swing open of the dorm apartment, seeing Margaret running towards me accompanied by the autumn breeze, swaying her short hair. There's something about that felt quite romantic.

"Hey," She slow down her pace towards me, rubbing her arms together to create some heat for her body. Even though she already had a jacket on, she's still feeling cold from the nightly breeze.

I remove my blue and gray zip-up hoodie and hand it to her. "Wear this." It's fine for me to shiver from the cold, but at least my heart feels warm knowing that she won't.

"It's fine, I already have a jacket on." She smiles, pushing away the zip-up hoodie back to me.

Glancing at her plain white shirt tucked into her slim black jeans, a layer of black zip-up hoodie, and a pair of black with white lining Converse. "Your jacket's fabric seems too thin." I let out an annoyed groan, "Just wear this, or I don't know, tug it against your body until you feel warmth."

She finally complied and snatch the hoodie from my hands. She scans me from top to bottom that makes me glance down to see my gray buttoned-up polo, black jeans, and some pair of black shoes that looks like boots. "Aren't you feeling cold?" She tugs my hoodie against her. I couldn't help but admire how adorable she looks with my hoodie against her.

"Nah, I'm used to the cold." The fact that she cares about me, despite me being an asshole, it made me smile. I can't believe I'm feeling some genuine happiness with this woman. Good thing I hand her my hoodie, or else she would be shivering to death.

She chuckles softly, slowly glancing her deep russet eyes towards the night sky. I followed her gaze up to the dark sky, with only the stars and moon as design in the black void known as space. The stars flutter their light every second of us gazing at it. I take a quick glance at her and the clear moonlight making her a majestic being. "What's your zodiac sign?"

That caught me off-guard. She's still staring at the night sky, didn't even dare to give me a quick sidelong glance. The question hadn't registered clearly to my brain since it's so busy admiring her, I scratch my head, "What?"

She chuckles softly once again, then finally glancing her whole russet eyes at me, "What's your zodiac sign?"

I don't believe in zodiac sign, but I think I'll bite into this one. "I'm an Aries."

She slowly nods her head up and down; her mouth forms a little circle. She's clearly judging me for being born in a specific date. "I'm a Scorpio!" She lets out a mischievous smile. I don't know of Scorpio and Aries are compatible, but everything that I've felt about her seems real and true.

I shrug of the thought and smile at her, reaching out for her hand. "So, let's go?"

She blinks, staring at me with such perplexity. "Where are we going?" I can hear the mild panic in her voice.

"To my dorm house, to wait for the others." I give her a reassuring smile.

"Oh right, there are others." She covers her mouth with her hand, hiding away her laughter at her own stupidity.
