Anxiety comes in many forms. Bit the worst is the internal anxiety you feel so powerful but no ome around you can see it. On the outside you're fine, but inside your screaming and trying so hard to prevent another horrible panic attack. The smallest things trigger it. Big crowds at night, large cities, driving for too long, idle touches and some forms of affection. How you look when you leave tour bedroom, you even get anxiety when you talk for fear you're gonna say the wrong thing and screw everything up like you usually do. Small messes and loud shouting. Big bangs and complete silence. Being alone or im a crowd, no matter what you never feels if you can truly relax. Like something's gonna pounce and you're gonna need to run. Constant edge. You have no idea why and no idea how to fix it but it eats at you anyway. But you tell no one because you don't want anyone else to know you feel so anxious without reason, it's stupid, but it's real. Plus the anxiety of telling someone horrifies you.
