I heard the door opened and I went downstairs. I creeped down the stairs slowly and I saw my mama. I called mama and she startled her a bit. I asked where she was going, but she told me that she needs to find papa and that I need to take care of Marisol and Juan. She also left money, incase I need to buy money for food. Then, she left. I wanted to stop her, but I couldn't do that, but all well, it is what it is. It was 2:00 am and I was fully awake now, so I made myself cereal and and watched t.v in the living room. I was thinking what will happen tomorrow at the game? The next morning, I ended up waking up on the couch, but I got up and make chorizo for Marisol, Juan, and myself. It was only 9:00 am and my game starts at 3:00, so I should be good. It only took me 10 minutes to make the chorizo and I woke up Marisol and Juan. They both asked where mama went, but I just told them that she went to work. Then, we all sat at the table and ate. The phone rang and I answered it, it was mama. "Hey mija, I found Ángel, but it might take a while, anyways good luck at your game, and take Marisol and Juan with you." "Okay Mama. Love you." "Love you too mija...bye." "Bye." I hang up the phone and cleaned the dishes, it was only 10:30, so I went to the backyard to practice pitching. I hope today's game would go good because we are playing one of the best teams and there would be some college scouts. Great just great. I took a break and started to change into my uniform. I did my hair into a ponytail and added ribbons. Finally, it was 2:30, so I went to the field with Marisol and Juan. They sat in the benches and told gave then 10 dollars incase they want to buy stuff from the snack bar. I started to stretch out, until I saw the Stanford University college scout. I freaked out, but I calmed myself. I need to do my best, especially that we are playing versus one if the best teams. I need to try....... try really hard.
