Baby Shower

(Flashback): I gave Justin a present and the girls helped him unwrap the present. He looked inside and found baby clothes colored blue and a photo of the twins in my stomach. "Mama is having baby boy twins!" Cassie yelled, while running the table with her arms up. Justin hugged me and was crying with joy. (Flashback over)

11 months later
The babies are coming in two weeks and the family still hasn't came up with names. Cassie and Samantha were no help either , they both came up with Tamale and Tacos, which I guess they were hungry. Anyways, it was 2:00 p.m. and the whole family is giving me a baby shower at my house by 5:00 p.m. I spent the whole time in the store buying food for the party and before I knew it, it was 3:45 p.m. I took forever because with my one arm, it's hard to do things quickly. I went to the cashier and she got through me quickly. So, I went to the car and took me 5 minutes to put on my seatbelt because my fat belly was making it hard to put on. I came home and they was Marisol and mama putting decorations, while papa was at Food City buying a cake. As I got in, it smelled burned frijoles...ahh mama. Anyways, I sat on the couch and rested, until it was 4:30 I went to go shower and get ready. As I was walking to the shower, I saw all the pictures and newspapers in the hallway about my softball legacy. It made me tear up a bit, but I knew that my childhood was terrible in the beginning , but softball changed my life. I was about to open the bathroom door, until I heard a noise coming from downstairs. I knew that noise.....and it wasn't a good one. I knew that it was papa, he has been drinking again.
