The Great White grabbed onto my arm and wouldn't let go. I was screaming in pain and I thought is this reality?! I saw into the shark's eye and I knew what I had to do. If this is real, I need to prevent myself from having my arm being missed. I poked the eyes of the shark and it eventually let go. It swam away, I saw red water surrounding me and I blacked out.....
I woke up in a hospital bed and everybody was there, but not present day, it was younger papa and mama, Mrs. Jennings, my teammates and others. They all saw that I woke up, I looked at my arm and it was still there! I just had stitches on my arm. My parents had a private talk with me. "How are you feeling, mija?" "Mama is this real? How am I back here?" "Mija, are you okay?" "What?! Mama please tell me this isn't real!" Mija, you blacked out at the ocean, don't you remember?" Papa spoke up, "Mija, do you remember what happened......the shark attack?" "Papa, I knew that, The accident happened years ago! I need to get back to my kids, my pregnant babies and Justin!" "Àngel I think something is wrong with her call the doctor." "What I'm not sick, I'm just confused......." "Àngel hurry, I think it's getting worse." Papa left to get the doctor. I was frustrated and confused... I started breathing heavily and sweating. I couldn't breathe and I was struggling... until I woke up.
I woke up and found myself in a hospital bed...again. I looked around and looked at my arm. Yep...it's missing and my belly, yes I'm fat...😂. Okay sorry anyways, I kept looking around and someone caught my attention Cassie was right next to me in her own hospital bed. I started to tear up because I forgot about the bad news about Cassie. The doctor came in and saw me awake. He asked if I needed any water, but I replied no. He told me the rest of the family went to go get dinner and they should be back soon. Thank gosh it was just a nightmare that I had. He kept apologizing, but it wasn't going to do any good. He left and I got up the bed carefully, to go walk to Cassie. "I'm so sorry Cassie, you don't deserve to have this. I'm so sorry, mija......" I started to cry more and more. "Mama....." "Aw, I'm sorry mija I didn't mean to wake you." "Ma, am I going to survive?" "We will fight mija......together, I promise." "Thank you mama." I hugged her and sat next to her, while I wait for the family to come.
